I can say with confidence that this is a good place to shop for household goods. I placed my order over the telephone line they offer, which the staff handled with real patience, and the items arrived when they said they would. Everything was packed carefully and nothing was damaged. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for a garden tool and looked at a few sites first. Ordered from these because the listing seemed to show exactly what I needed. When it arrived the part was a different version and didn't fit, and getting a response about a swap took most of a week. The price was also higher than I'd found elsewhere, which didn't help. I won't be going back for this kind of item.
Read moreSeeing the parcel arrive on the day they gave was reassuring, and that is what caught my attention. I had a look at other sites before deciding and found the prices here fair, if not the lowest. The item was well made and the customer team answered a question I had without fuss. Returning a jumper was a little fiddly, as the form asked for more detail than I thought necessary.
Read moreI bought a winter coat from them, my first time using the site, after looking at a few other places. The sizing chart matched the actual fit which was a relief. Package came in a plain box with no fuss. Nothing to complain about so far.
Ordered a hoodie on a whim and it came the next day. Fit is really good and the material's soft. Checkout was super quick and I didn't have to make an account. Will buy from them again for sure!

Got a set of bathroom bits here after checking the usual places. The price was the lowest I found, and that stood out most. Delivery came in three days which was fine. Quality seems decent for what I paid, and the free delivery threshold is easy to reach.
Compared to going into town and queuing, ordering here took about five minutes on my phone and it came the next morning. Easy to find what I wanted and the account stayed logged in so no faffing. Will be back.
My old charger gave up so I needed a replacement that actually matched the specs. I know a fair bit about cables so I was picky about the listing details. The description was accurate and the connector type was right. Arrived quicker than I expected and it works perfectly.
I've been buying cycling kit for a while so I know what a decent cassette and chain combo should look like, and they list the compatibility properly with the groupset and the chain width. Everything I got was the right spec and well packed with the chain wrapped separately. Delivery was next working day, so no complaints.
Needed a birthday present sorted in a hurry and I'd looked at a few places first. Found what I wanted, ordered on the Friday night and it was at my door by Monday. Really easy, no faff at all.
I purchased a pair of reading glasses from the website after some thought. The lenses are of a good standard and the frames are sturdy. Delivery was prompt and the parcel was well protected. I am pleased with the purchase.
Needed something for my mate's birthday and it had to arrive by Friday. Ordered Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday, so that was lucky. Pretty easy site to use on my phone too. Would order again.
