I can say with confidence that this is a good place to shop for household goods. I placed my order over the telephone line they offer, which the staff handled with real patience, and the items arrived when they said they would. Everything was packed carefully and nothing was damaged. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for a garden tool and looked at a few sites first. Ordered from these because the listing seemed to show exactly what I needed. When it arrived the part was a different version and didn't fit, and getting a response about a swap took most of a week. The price was also higher than I'd found elsewhere, which didn't help. I won't be going back for this kind of item.
Read moreSeeing the parcel arrive on the day they gave was reassuring, and that is what caught my attention. I had a look at other sites before deciding and found the prices here fair, if not the lowest. The item was well made and the customer team answered a question I had without fuss. Returning a jumper was a little fiddly, as the form asked for more detail than I thought necessary.

Compared a few places before picking these for a set of kitchen storage tubs and the price was the thing that caught my eye, a fair bit under the big names. The checkout was quick and I liked that the delivery date was shown before I paid. Only niggle is the tubs came in a slightly different shade of white to the photos, but they do the job fine.
Tried them for the first time this month. Bought a kettle and it arrived well packed. Checkout was a bit clunky on the app, had to log in twice. Otherwise good value and fast.
I found the tea towels I was after without any bother, and the description was clear about the size and fabric which I appreciated. The order arrived a day later than the date shown, which was a little disappointing, though I was kept informed by email. Pleasant enough dealing with them, and I'd be happy to order again.
Compared to the other place I normally use, this was way quicker to check out and the delivery was fine. The only thing that bugged me was the delivery cost was a couple of quid more than I expected for a small order, and it took an extra day to show up. Stuff was what I wanted though so not really bothered.
Good value for a set of bedding, it's a bit cheaper than the usual high street places and the sizes are what it says. The only snag was the postage cost more than I expected for the weight, so the saving was a bit less than I hoped. Would order again for the price.
