Mozillion

I've been using their site for years, mostly for replacement parts for the garden gear. This time I needed a new remote fob for the driveway gate after the old one stopped working. The order went through fine but the fob arrived with the wrong frequency and I had to send it back. The return label took four days to come through and the replacement was another week. Not what I expected from a company I trust.

I was a little nervous ordering from a site I had not used before, but the process could not have been simpler. The reminder emails were polite and the delivery arrived when they said it would. The curtains hang beautifully and I am very pleased with them.

I looked at three other lenders before picking this one and the difference was the sign up. Took about ten minutes on my phone, no hard credit check warning, and the decision came back the same afternoon. Money landed in my account the next working day. Happy with it so far.

Needed a phone case quickly after dropping mine on the platform, so I went for the next day option. Signing up took a minute and the case fits perfectly, nice grip. Delivery was a day later than the site said but the courier was fine and kept me posted. Happy with it.

Needed a wedding gift in a rush and this was the only place I found that could deliver before the weekend. The order went through fine but the delivery was pushed back two days with no real explanation, and by then I had to ask customer services about it. The gift itself is nice and the price was reasonable, so I'm not too bothered.

Ordered a hair dryer here after comparing it with a well known chain, and this was noticeably cheaper for the same model. It arrived the next working day in a proper box. Works well.

Compared to ordering from the big supermarket site this was way cheaper for the same bedding set. Checkout was quick and the box came the next day. Would order again.

The tracking actually updates properly which is rare. Order came quick, box was fine. Only thing is the email confirmation went to spam for me but that's probably my settings. Coat fits lovely.

Bought a stretch cover for our old corner sofa as a first order with them and it arrived in about four days. Fitted nicely after a bit of tugging, the material feels sturdy and the checkout was dead simple, no account needed. Happy so far.

Needed a new bike lock after mine got cut through outside the uni library. Found one here that was rated for the job and it was a bit cheaper than the bike shop. Arrived in two days and the lock is solid.

Ordered a pair of running trainers after looking at a few other sites. These were a fair bit cheaper than the sports shops and the sizing was accurate. Delivery was quick and they feel comfortable on a few runs now.

I have shopped here for a long while now and it remains a sound place to buy from. My latest order was a set of pillows, which arrived promptly and are very comfortable. The one niggle is that the checkout asked me to create an account again even though I already have one, which was a little irritating. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Compared with my usual shop this was quite a bit cheaper for the same kettle and toaster set. Delivery took an extra day and the box was a bit battered on arrival, but the appliances were fine. Would order again for the savings.

Honestly this was the easiest online order I have done in a while. Found what I wanted, paid, and the confirmation email came straight away with a tracking link that actually worked. The parcel turned up the next afternoon exactly as described and nothing was damaged. I'd happily order from them again next time I need something for the house.

Bought a small travel tripod for a trip to Scotland. Looked at a couple of other shops before settling on this one. Price was about the same as the others but the delivery was a day quicker. Good enough for the job.

I tried the high street shop first for a winter coat but they had nothing in my size, so I turned to this site instead. The coat I ordered is warmer than I expected and the price was considerably lower than the shop would have charged. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was neat and careful. I have since recommended it to my sister, who has also been satisfied.

The money hit my account the same afternoon I got approved, which was the bit that surprised me most. I've borrowed through a few lenders over the years and usually it's a day or two of waiting around. The application took about ten minutes on my phone and the approval came through quickly. Repayments are set up by direct debit and the statements are easy to find in the app.

Good value for the money, which is what I was after. Bought a pack of kitchen towels, storage tubs and a cheap kettle. The total came in well under what the big names were charging. Arrived in two days, no damage, and everything works fine.
