Got the running shoes for the gym and the first thing I noticed was how light they are, way lighter than my old pair. Ordered them on a Sunday and they came Tuesday, which was class. The sole feels a bit firm at first but it's softened up now.

Got the gloves the same week I ordered them, which I didn't expect. Checkout took me under a minute on my phone. They fit well and the grip is good for cycling in the cold.

Buy the basic version for the kids' school trips and it does the job. Price was lower than the big chains and the stitching has held up after three washes. Easy to order, no hidden charges at the end. Will be going back for the winter stuff.

Good value, the fleece is decent for the price and I've not seen the same weight anywhere else at that money. It washed fine and kept its shape after a few cycles. Delivery was next day and the box was tidy.

I needed a new fleece for the allotment and I've been ordering from them for years, so I knew what to expect. The one I got last time is still going strong, so I went with the same range again. The sizing is consistent and the colour holds after washing. It came well packed and on time, and the customer service was helpful when I rang about a size swap.

The checkout was quicker than I expected, I'd put my details in once and it remembered them for the next order. I'd been put off ordering from a new site before but this one was simple to use on my laptop and the page loaded fast. Got a waterproof jacket for the school run and it arrived in two days with a tracking email that actually worked. Happy with it so far.

Good thing with this one is it turned out better than I hoped. I looked at three other sites and two different shops before ordering, and the price here was lower for the same spec. The rain cover fits snugly and the pram folds down in seconds, which made the decision easy for me.

Compared to the cheap stove I had before this one lights far quicker in the wind and the flame is steady. I've used a few over the years and this is one of the better ones for the money. Packed well and no dents.

Way better than the last place I ordered from, which kept messing up my size. This one arrived fine and the jacket fits. Quick checkout too, did it on my phone during my lunch break.

Booked a guided walk in the Peak District through the site on a Sunday night and had a confirmation email before I'd finished my tea. The guide met us at the car park on time and the route was just as described. Paid through the site and the refund for the rain date came back in about four days. Nothing to complain about.

Bought the waterproof walking boots for a wet week in the Lakes. I've worn leather boots for years and these took about two walks to feel right. The grip on the wet rocks is spot on and the lacing holds the ankle nicely, no rubbing at all on the heel.
