MonsterShop

I needed a set of travel bits for a weekend away with my mates and the other shops were all sold out. This had everything in one place so I didn't have to order from three sites. Ordering was dead easy on the app and it turned up the next day. Prices were fine too, I'd get it again.

This was my first order with them and it went really smoothly from start to finish. The gift arrived well packed and on the date I picked. I'd happily order again.

Compared with the other site I tried, this was much quicker to get through the checkout and the delivery was faster. Had it the next morning which is great for a last minute thing. The item was just as pictured. Will use again.

I needed a gift that could arrive in a day or two for a colleague leaving. I looked at a few other places but this one had what I wanted in stock. Ordering was simple and it arrived the next day. Good value too.

the app is honestly the best bit, you can reorder in like two taps and it remembers your address. booked a slot for Saturday morning and it turned up in the window they said. no complaints, would use again

I ordered the large hamper for my sister's birthday and it arrived beautifully packed, every item was there and nothing had been crushed. The card came with a handwritten style message which I thought was a kind touch. The site was easy to navigate and the delivery was exactly when they said it would be. I'd happily order from them again for family occasions.

I've been buying from them for years now and this order was noticeably better than what I'd have got from the high street. The range is wider and the prices are fair for what you get. Ordering is quick once you have an account saved. Nothing's changed for the worse as far as I can tell.

The bundle I bought came with everything listed and each piece was wrapped separately. I've bought the same kit from specialist shops and this matched them for quality. Ordering took a few minutes and the tracking updated as it should. Nothing to complain about here.

They're a very good choice and I would order from them again without a second thought. I bought a set of gifts for the grandchildren and they all turned up in good order. The customer service team answered my question about a substitute within the hour, which I did not expect at all. Delivery came earlier than the window they gave me.

I bought the bundle deal which worked out cheaper than buying each item separately. Everything was packed well and the delivery was quick. The price per item was lower than I was paying elsewhere. Good value for the money.

I looked at a few places before ordering and this was not the cheapest option. The items were as described and the packing was fine. Delivery took a day longer than I'd hoped, though it did arrive. It's a reasonable buy but I'd check the prices elsewhere first.

I wanted a set of replacement parts and checked a few sellers before choosing here. The price was about a third less than the others once delivery was added on. The parts were correct and the packaging kept everything protected. Ordering was easy and it arrived in two days. A sound choice if you want to keep costs down.

I bought the family pack because the price per portion works out well for feeding four of us. Everything came packed with ice packs and nothing had thawed when it arrived. The delivery was on the day I picked and the driver left it in the safe spot I asked for. I've tried cheaper options before but the quality here is better and it still works out fine on the price. I'll keep ordering the pack for the freezer.

The packaging was the first thing I noticed, it was really sturdy and nothing rattled around inside. Ordered on the app, took about two minutes, and the tracking was spot on. Bit of a no brainer for me now. Would get it again for sure, the stuff was just what I wanted.

I've been a customer for a good while and this order was generally very satisfactory. The items were what I wanted and the packing was careful. One thing that dragged was the refund on a part I sent back, which took about two weeks to show in my account. It was sorted in the end and I'd still order again.

I needed a particular gift for my husband's birthday and I'd left it rather late, so I was relieved the site had it in stock. The ordering was straightforward and I appreciated being told the expected arrival day when I paid. It did arrive on the day, though the parcel was left with a neighbour rather than at the door, which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise I'm pleased with it and I'd be happy to use them again.

Compared with the big chains I usually use for this kit, the range here is more specialist and the parts are the proper ones. I've been buying this sort of thing for a long time and I know what to look for in the spec. The packing was sensible and the item was exactly as listed. Delivery was on time and the prices are about the same as the mainstream sites.
