Needed to get something sorted before going out on Friday so I went with this. Booked it on the app in about two minutes and it worked first time. Didn't have to wait around or argue with anyone. Good enough for what I wanted.

Booked the first one on the app, no problem. Had to rebook after it got cancelled and it asked me to go through the whole form again. Took about ten minutes longer than it should have. Gets there in the end.
