We needed a shoe rack for the hallway because the mess was getting out of hand. Looked at a few options and this one had the best reviews for the price. It arrived in a flat pack and went together quickly. It does the job.

Same kind of bed frame as the one in the big furniture shop, but this one is less than half the price. Build quality feels just as good and the slats are solid. Ordering took two minutes on my phone. Happy days.

I got a bookshelf in a light oak finish after comparing a few options on other sites, and this one had the best depth for the money. It arrived in one big box that needed two of us to lift it, and one of the shelves was slightly scratched on the edge. The shelf was easy enough to swap through their customer chat. Build was fiddly with the back panel but it's sturdy now that it's up against the wall.

This is the best rug we have bought in years and it suits the lounge well. The wool is thick and soft underfoot and the colour matches the curtains. Delivery was careful and the men carried it upstairs without complaint. We would be delighted to order from them again.

Bought the three seater sofa bed with the pull out mechanism for the flat and it's been brilliant. The mechanism is easy to pull out on my own and the mattress is firmer than I expected, which suits me fine as I get a bad back. Delivery was on time and the driver carried it up two flights without any fuss. Fabric feels good and the colour matches the photos, so no complaints there at all.

I went for the rug with the geometric pattern in grey and cream after comparing a few options. It's soft and the colours are nice, although it's a little smaller than I'd expected from the listing. The site made it easy to pick the size I wanted. It fits the space well enough.

We needed a double bed for the spare room before my mum comes to stay for a month. I compared a few places and the price here was the best for the quality. The filter on the site made it easy to find a bed with a proper headboard and storage under. Everything was packed well and the bed went together without any missing bits. Really happy with it.

I would say this is an excellent buy for the money. The oak table and four chairs arrived without a mark on them, and the finish is lovely and even. The customer service team answered my questions about the chair heights promptly and politely. I have no complaints at all and I've already recommended it to my daughter.

I had a look at the same style of coffee table in a big chain store and this one is just as solid for a fraction of the price. The top is a proper veneer and the legs feel stable when you lean on the table. Putting it together took a few minutes with the allen key they include. I've had it a couple of months now and it still looks like new.

We needed a dining table that would seat six because we finally have people round properly. This was my first time ordering from them and I was nervous about the size. The table arrived well wrapped and the legs bolted on without any trouble. The wood is a lovely warm colour and it's sturdy when we put plates and wine on it. It was a good first order and I'd be happy to use them again.

Quick one: the TV stand is good and does what I need it to. Took about two days to arrive which was fine. Only niggle is the instructions are a bit vague on the cable hole, took me a while to work out. Would order again.

The round mirror in the hallway is the best thing I've bought for the flat in ages. The frame is slim and the gold colour looks more expensive than it was. The only thing is the box was a bit squashed on one corner so I had to be careful getting it out. Otherwise it's great and it went up easily.

Compared with the dining chairs I bought from a local shop about ten years ago, these are noticeably more comfortable with a proper padded seat that doesn't go flat after a few months. The fabric is hard wearing and the legs have stayed tight. I've been buying furniture from this company for years now and the quality has stayed consistent.

Needed a desk for uni work since my old one fell apart. Ordered on a Sunday and it turned up Thursday, which was fine. Surface is a bit thinner than the photos made it look but it's sturdy enough for a laptop and a lamp.

Compared with the wardrobe I had from a high street shop, this one feels a little lighter in the doors. The price was lower and the delivery was on the day they said, which I appreciated. The doors do close properly and the shelves are fine for shoes and jumpers. It's perfectly serviceable for a bedroom, though I wouldn't expect it to last as long as the old one did.

The pair of kitchen stools arrived well packed and I was grateful for that. They are sturdy and the seats are a comfortable height. I do appreciate a good finish.

Sadly the armchair I ordered arrived with a split in one of the arm panels, and I'm disappointed as I have bought from this site before without problems. The replacement request took several days to get a reply and then a further week before a new one was agreed. I have to say the fabric itself is comfortable and the price was fair. I'd hope the packing could be improved.

Got the big round bean bag for my room and honestly it's the comfiest thing I own. The cover zips off so I can wash it, which was a massive win for me. Ordering was dead easy on the app and it came in a squishy bag that didn't look like a parcel at all. Totally sorted my gaming corner.

The base of the floor lamp is much heavier than I expected, which is exactly what I wanted because my cat keeps trying to knock things over. The shade sits straight and the switch is easy to reach from the armchair. I've ordered from them a few times over the years and this is one of the better buys. The delivery was tidy and the driver put it in the hallway for me.
