Got a refurb phone off here and it came the next day, which was mad. Battery's decent and the price was a steal compared to the shops. Only thing is the charger was a different brand but it works so whatever.

Honestly this is the best I've paid for a phone that works this well. Ordered on the app, it turned up the next day and the battery lasts all day which is class. No complaints at all.

Compared with the big electronics chains this was way cheaper for the same model, which was the main draw for me. First time ordering from them and the process was simple, with the tracking updates coming through regularly. Phone arrived in good nick and it has been reliable since. Would order again.

What I liked most was how clearly they explain the condition grades before you buy, which I appreciated. I've ordered from here a few times now for my husband and me and it's always been straightforward. The one I got last time was a little scuffed on the edge, as they said it would be, so no surprises. Delivery has always been reliable and the packaging keeps everything safe.

Bought a refurbished handset for my youngest to use for school messages and it's been great. Battery held up well, the price was a good bit under the high street and it arrived quickly. Does the job for a fair price, which is all I wanted.

The first thing I noticed was that the handset was described as excellent but the screen has a fine scratch that was not shown in the photographs. I would have preferred a clearer warning. The phone functions properly and the courier was prompt, but I did feel a bit let down by the description. I have not yet decided whether to order again.

I compared a few refurb sellers before ordering a laptop for my daughter's homework, and this one had the clearest listing about what condition it was in. The laptop arrived with a fresh install and it runs smoothly for web browsing and typing up essays. The screen is bright and the keyboard feels good. Delivery came in two days, which was quicker than I thought it would be, and the price was hard to beat.

I checked three sites before buying a second hand laptop for uni admin work, and this one came out cheapest with decent reviews. The laptop booted fast, keyboard is fine and the battery lasts a good few hours. Delivery was quick and everything came boxed up well. Happy with what I paid.

I wanted a basic phone for calls and photos of the grandchildren, and I found this site fairly simple to use when I was ordering. The handset arrived in good order and has been perfectly reliable since. It was not the cheapest I saw, but the price was reasonable for a phone in this condition. I would be inclined to order from them again.

I ordered a refurbished tablet for my mum who is hard of seeing and needed a bigger screen. It arrived a day later than the tracking said, which was a bit annoying, but the tablet itself is in good condition and the price was fair. I have been using this company for a few years now and have had no real problems.

I needed a replacement phone for work and I compared a few options before going with this one. Price was the deciding factor, as it was noticeably lower than the others I looked at. The handset is in good shape and the battery is fine, though it came with a slightly older case. Ordering took a few minutes and delivery was fine, nothing to complain about.

The grading on each listing is spelled out properly, so you know exactly what scratches or wear to expect before you commit. I've bought from a few refurb sellers over the years and this is the first where the description matched what turned up. The tablet had a little wear on the back but the screen was spotless, which is what mattered. Would order from them again without a second thought.

Never bought from here before and wasn't sure what to expect. Checkout was quick, I got an order confirmation straight away, and the laptop turned up two days later with everything I needed. Very pleased with it so far.

Compared with buying straight from the manufacturer's shop this was a fair bit cheaper, but you do notice it. The battery held up okay for the first week and then started dropping faster than I'd expect from a refurb. Ordering was simple enough. The bit that let it down was that I sent one back for a replacement and the returns form asked for the same details twice and it took nearly two weeks before anyone got back to me.

Compared with buying the same phone from a big retailer, this one came out a little dearer than some listings I saw elsewhere. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years and the phones have always been reliable. This latest one arrived in good condition and the tracking was accurate. I would still order again, though I would shop around first.

Good value for a used phone, and I'd say it's worth a look before you pay full price somewhere else. The handset I got was cosmetically a bit more worn than the photos suggested, but it works perfectly and the battery is fine. Ordering was simple and it came well packed a couple of days later. Only small niggle is the returns form took a while to find.

Ordered on my lunch break and it turned up the next morning which was quick, but the box was squashed on one corner and the phone was fine luckily. Took a bit to get the setup going on the old one because the transfer bit wasn't clear, but I got there in the end and it works fine for now.

My main phone got smashed on a night out and I needed something to get me through till payday, so I was looking for a cheap spare in a hurry. Found one on here that was in stock and came next day. Screen works fine, battery is ok, and I've not had any issues since. Quick, cheap and no fuss which is exactly what I needed right now.
