I bought a knitted cardigan from them in a soft green, which looked lovely on the screen. When it arrived the colour was a good deal darker than the photo and the sleeves were shorter than I'd expected. I did try to send it back but the returns form was rather fiddly to find and it took a while to sort out. I don't think I'll be rushing back.

I've been buying from them since they first started and the quality has stayed good. My usual size fits the same way every time, which saves me a lot of faff with returns. Customer service has always answered my emails within a day or so. They've been a steady favourite for years and I see no reason to switch.

Got the waterproof parka off the site for the cycle to work and it's been brilliant in the rain. Zips are solid and the hood actually stays put, which my last one never did.
