They're still the first place I look for replacement bits and bobs, and I've been ordering here for about eight years now. Nothing much has changed in that time, which is exactly what I want. Prices have crept up a little but not enough to send me elsewhere. Deliveries have been reliable apart from one wet Tuesday when the parcel sat at the depot an extra day.

Used a spare voucher on a stainless steel kettle and it came in about three days, which was fine. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the kettle itself was fine. Only niggle is the delivery charge wiped out most of the saving I'd made on the price, so I'd check the total before you pay. Otherwise easy to order and the tracking worked.

My old bread bin had cracked along the lid, so I needed a replacement before the weekend. I found one here that matched the one I had, and placed the order on Monday. It came through on Wednesday, safely wrapped and exactly as described. I was grateful for the help, and very pleased with the speed of it all.

Tried the other site first and it kept timing out at checkout, so I switched over to this one. Way smoother and I got my order through in one go. Delivery was quick too and everything arrived as it should. Would definitely use this one again next time.

Not happy. One of the items in my order was missing and it took four days and three emails before anyone replied. By then I'd already bought it locally. The refund did go through in the end but it was a real faff. Would not bother again when there are other options around.

Once I was in, ordering a pair of slippers for my brother was straightforward and they came well packed. The delivery itself was prompt. It was a bit of a fuss to start with, but I'd order again.

I'd probably only use them again if I was already on a delivery run for something else. If you're just after the one item, look elsewhere first.
