Needed a bed for the spare room so I went for the cheapest mattress that had decent reviews. It came in a box, the setup was simple and the delivery was on the day. The price was cheaper than the local warehouse by a fair bit. Bed is comfy enough for guests and I'd order from here again.
Read moreOrdered on the app and it said next day but it turned up three days later with no text beforehand. Customer chat took ages to reply, like two days, and by then I'd already sorted a bed elsewhere. The mattress itself is fine but I'd rather they had been upfront about the dates. Not happy with how that went, to be honest.
Read moreI bought the adjustable base with a hybrid mattress after years of struggling with a sagging old bed. The base is quiet when it moves and the remote is simple enough. The mattress has good edge support, which matters if you sleep near the side like I do. Delivery was two drivers and they took the old one away too.
Read moreBefore ordering I checked a few other sites and the price here was a bit lower than the rest, which is why I went with them. The sign up took a few minutes and the delivery slot they gave me was handy. The only niggle was the return form, which asked for more details than I expected.
The adjustable base is the item I bought and it does what I need, raising my head for reading in bed. The instructions were not very clear about fitting the legs, which took me longer than expected. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery came when promised.
Bought the mattress for my flat and it's really comfy, I sleep better than I have in ages. The checkout took a couple of goes because the postcode box kept rejecting mine. Delivery was a day later than the date shown but they messaged me to say so. Would still buy again, just wish the site worked a bit smoother.
