Needed a bed for the spare room so I went for the cheapest mattress that had decent reviews. It came in a box, the setup was simple and the delivery was on the day. The price was cheaper than the local warehouse by a fair bit. Bed is comfy enough for guests and I'd order from here again.
Read moreOrdered on the app and it said next day but it turned up three days later with no text beforehand. Customer chat took ages to reply, like two days, and by then I'd already sorted a bed elsewhere. The mattress itself is fine but I'd rather they had been upfront about the dates. Not happy with how that went, to be honest.
Read moreI bought the adjustable base with a hybrid mattress after years of struggling with a sagging old bed. The base is quiet when it moves and the remote is simple enough. The mattress has good edge support, which matters if you sleep near the side like I do. Delivery was two drivers and they took the old one away too.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years now and the order page is still the same easy layout, which I like. Delivery has been fine every time, though this last one came a day later than the app said.
The mattress is good value and the price was lower than I'd paid at a shop before. I did have to return the first one because it was too firm for me. The return form took a while to fill in and the collection was booked for a day I was out. Sorted in the end, though it took more effort than I'd hoped.
