The bed came way quicker than I thought it would, like two days after ordering. Mattress is comfy and I've slept better since moving into the new flat. Got the matching frame too and it went together fine with a mate, took about an hour. Customer chat was useful when I had a question about the sizes, got an answer in a few minutes. Would happily order from here again, no complaints really.
Read moreI've bought from them a few times over the years and the mattresses have always been good. This time the delivery date moved twice and nobody told me until I rang up. The mattress itself is comfortable and well made, and the frame was simple to put together. Price was a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere but I'm happy enough with the bed.
Read moreThe free trial period was the detail that sold me, since I was nervous about spending a lot on a bed without lying on it first. Signing up for the trial was straightforward and the site told me exactly what to expect. The mattress arrived with the packaging still on and took a bit of unwrapping, but it expanded properly within a few hours. Two nights in and I'm sleeping better than I have in…
Read moreGot the adjustable base with the mattress and it's brilliant for reading in bed. First time buying from them, the checkout was clear. The base arrived in two boxes which was a bit of a faff to carry up.
The bed frame was easy to put together with the instructions and only took me about an hour on my own. The mattress that goes with it is nice and supportive, though the price for the full set was a bit more than I'd hoped. Delivery was on the day they said.
This is noticeably better than the one I got from the big chain store a few years back, which went soft within eighteen months. The firmness is about right for me as a heavier sleeper. Price was a little higher than the cheapest options I found but the build feels more solid, so I think it balances out. Delivery was a day later than the slot said, which annoyed me a bit.
Compared to the chain store down the road this was quicker to order and the price was a bit lower. The mattress is firm, which suits me, though it's a bit firmer than I expected. Delivery was fine but the driver only gave a two hour window.
Very happy with the mattress we chose, and I've been buying beds for thirty years so I know what I'm talking about. The firmness is exactly as described and the edges hold up well. The one small thing is the packaging took a fair bit of wrestling to get open on the stairs, but the bed itself is worth it.
We needed a firmer bed because my husband has been having trouble getting up from the soft one we had. I was a bit nervous ordering online but the info was easy to follow and the firmness options were clear. The mattress is good and he's much happier, though the delivery came with a few days' wait longer than I'd hoped.
Bought the pocket sprung double in the end after going back and forth for a fortnight between that and a memory foam one. The support is spot on for side sleeping and my back has stopped aching in the mornings. Only gripe is the delivery window was a full day wide and I had to take a half day off to wait in. The mattress itself is lovely though, firm but not hard.
