We needed a new bedside lamp for the spare room as my sister is coming to stay in the autumn and the old one had given up. I found the site easy enough to navigate, though I did have to ask them a question about the fitting and it took a day to hear back. Everything arrived well packed and works perfectly, so I am pleased with it.

Checked two other sites for a pack of replacement shower heads and this one was about a tenner less for the same thing. Order went through fine and the confirmation came straight away. Only niggle is the delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, but it turned up in one piece and I'd use them again for stuff like this.

What I like most is that the prices have stayed sensible over the years, even when everything else has gone up. I've been ordering here since the early days and the account still remembers my addresses. The one thing that has slipped a bit is the packing slips, they used to be clearer. Otherwise I've no grumbles.

We needed a replacement part quickly after ours packed up on a Friday. Looked at three sites and this was the only one that had it listed as in stock with a realistic delivery date. Ordered on Friday night and it arrived Monday morning, which was spot on.

Got the big bulk pack of printer paper which works out much cheaper per sheet than the shop round the corner. Delivery was free over a certain amount and it came in a sturdy box with no damage. Nothing to complain about for the money, will go back for the next batch.

Compared it to a bigger brand and this was a few quid cheaper for the same gadget. Delivery took nearly a week, which felt long for a basic order. Refund request for a wrong colour was a bit of a faff too.

This is the best deal I found for the family bundle of bath towels. Checked a few other sites and none came close on price. Arrived packed neatly and the towels are lovely.

Honestly it's a decent site and the order went through without any trouble. The prices are a bit higher than some other places I've checked, so I'd look around first. The delivery was quick enough and the item was as described. Just don't expect it to be the cheapest.

The size chart was the thing that got me, it was far more detailed than the other places. I compared a few options and this had the clearest measurements. Fits as described.

We needed a new set of kitchen scales after ours broke mid bake. Found them on the site for less than the big chain and they arrived in two days. Easy checkout and no fuss with the price at the end.

I am happy to say this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for without any bother. My order arrived when expected and I have no complaints at all.

Tried three different places for a new bedside lamp and this one came out on top for price and the look of it. Went with the cheapest of the three and it arrived well packed. Lamp works perfectly and the bulb was included.

The search made it dead easy to find the exact hair straighteners I wanted, which was the bit I cared about most. Loads of filters on the left side too. Arrived quick and no fuss.

Compared it with amazon and this was way cheaper for the same phone case so I went with it. Ordered last night and it's already arrived which is mad. Really happy, no complaints.

the checkout kept freezing on my phone so i had to start again twice. eventually got through though. the discount code worked which was nice. not sure i'd bother again tbh

I've bought the same bath mat from them three or four times now, and it's the same quality every time. Ordering takes two minutes if you've got an account saved. Never had a problem yet.

Was going to get it from the other site but this was quicker and cheaper so went with them. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes. Parcel turned up next day.

Compared a few places before buying and the bundle through them was the cheapest by a fair bit. Downloaded straight after paying and it opened on my laptop first go. Would order again.

I bought the wool throw for my armchair and it's exactly as pictured, which I was a bit worried about. The colour is a lovely deep green and the weight is just right for winter evenings. I have been a customer for a good while now and this is one of my favourite purchases from them. The packaging was careful and nothing was crushed.

My old kettle died the morning I was due to have guests, so I needed something quick. The first one I chose said it would arrive in a week, which was no good to me. I went with the next option and it turned up the following day. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the kettle was fine.
