Before I settled on this site I looked at a few others for a set of picture frames, and the prices here sat somewhere in the middle. What caught my eye was the option to choose a frame finish from a dropdown. The frames arrived in good order though the cardboard was a bit flimsy. Would order again.

This was my first time buying from here and I was a bit wary at first, but the whole thing went very smoothly. I found a set of wall shelves that were a good price and the site showed the weight limits clearly. Everything was packed really well and the tracking updates were spot on. I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

They came flat packed with all the fixings and a decent set of instructions, and it took me an evening to put them together. The wood is solid and the finish looks good in the room. For the money you can't really fault them, and the delivery was ahead of schedule.

I'd been trying to replace a set of tea towels and dishcloths and found that this site was far more sensible than trudging round town. The selection is much wider than the high street shop I used to go to, and the prices were a good deal lower. Everything arrived as ordered and I'm very pleased with it all.

I bought a rug here after comparing a few shops, and the price was on the higher side compared with the cheapest I found. The rug is nice and thick and the colour matches the photos. It came rolled in a tube with no damage. The checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit annoying but no real problem.

Got a large roasting dish and a set of oven gloves for less than I'd have paid in town. The dish is heavy enough to feel proper and the gloves are thick and fit well. Delivery was quick and nothing was chipped. Good value, really, and easy to get on with.

Our old kettle packed in on a Sunday morning so I needed a replacement quickly. Went online and ordered one before lunch, the site was easy to follow. It came the next day and works fine.

I bought a pair of oak floating shelves for the hallway, and I've done a fair bit of DIY so I knew what to look for in the fixings. The grain on the wood is nice and even, and the brackets are hidden well which I liked. Packaging was sturdy, nothing had shifted in transit. The only thing I'd flag is that the fixing screws they include are short for plasterboard, so I used my own.

Needed some storage boxes and a plant pot for the new flat so I went on here. Checkout was quick but I had to fight with the delivery slot picker for a bit. Stuff turned up fine, nothing broken.

I ordered a cushion cover in what the website showed as a soft sage green, and the one that arrived was a noticeably greyer shade. I did appreciate that the item was packed carefully. I emailed about the colour and it took four days to get a reply, which was rather slow. I've been offered a return label but haven't yet sorted it out.

The verdict is that I am pleased with the purchase. I've been a customer for some years and have never had cause for complaint. The ordering process was clear, and I found the staff were helpful when I wrote with a query about the fitting. Everything arrived as described and in good order, which is what one hopes for.

Honestly it was fine, the bits I bought are good quality and the site was easy enough to use. I'd not ordered before so I was unsure about it at first. Took nearly a week to arrive though, and the tracking didn't update for two days, which was annoying when I was waiting in for it.

Been ordering from them for years now and mostly it's fine, but the storage tubs I got last month said 3 to 5 days and it was closer to 9. Customer service did reply within a day though, which helped.
