Got the chunky knit throw for my sofa and it's so soft, way nicer than I expected for the money. The colour is spot on and it isn't shedding everywhere like the last one I had. Good find honestly.

Bought the reading lamp with the adjustable arm and it's exactly what I wanted, the head swivels properly and the brightness settings are sensible. Fitted the clamp onto my bedside table without any fuss.

Picked up the bamboo desk organiser with the drawers, which I'd been after for ages. For what it costs it's well made and the drawers run smoothly without sticking. It came flat packed and took me about twenty minutes to put together with a screwdriver, which was fine. Good value compared with what I'd seen in the shops locally.

I needed a replacement part quickly for my mum's chair and found these through a friend. The ordering was straightforward and the item came well packed. The only small thing was the delivery window was broader than I'd have liked, but it did arrive.

Got the oversized sweatshirt in the cream, which I'd been after for ages. Fabric's a nice weight and it's exactly how it looked on the model. Just a bit more expensive than I'd like, but it's wearing well so far.

Placed the order late at night and it was confirmed straight away. The tracking was accurate and the parcel showed up the day they said. Looked properly after too. Would order again no question.

Way better than the other site I used for this, which kept timing out at checkout. This one just worked first go, and I got my order sorted in like five minutes on my phone. Would use again lol.

Looked at three different sites before picking this one for the garden hose kit, and this came out the cheapest with free delivery over a set amount. Quality of the fittings is decent and the instructions were easy to follow even for me.

I've bought a few of these over the years so I know the category well. This one is a solid example, the materials are what I'd expect. The delivery took longer than the estimate, nearly a week, and I had to message once to find out where it was.

Compared with my usual supplier, the range here is broader and I found what I needed without much searching. The checkout was a little slow on the first visit but it sorted itself out. The item I received was as described and fits the spot I had in mind.

The fit on the running shorts is spot on, which doesn't happen often for me. The fabric breathes well on long runs and the waistband stays put. Knowing my sizes I ordered the usual and it was right first time.

I needed a new walking frame for my husband after a hospital stay, so I wanted something sturdy and quick to arrive. It's a good frame and the brakes work well. The returns process was a bit long-winded when I wanted to swap the colour, with several emails back and forth before it was sorted, though they did sort it.

Ordered a phone case from the app on the bus and checkout took about a minute. Got the confirmation email straight away and it turned up the next day, all sorted.

Prices were lower than the other sites I checked for my bedding order and the discount code worked first time. Only snag was the delivery estimate, it said three days and arrived on the fifth, but the tracking was clear enough.

Free delivery kicked in once I added a second item, which saved me a few quid on the garden hose kit. Checkout was quick and the order arrived in good nick, so I'd use them again without much thought.

Good quality and the packaging was careful, but it's a bit dearer than some other places for the same thing so I'd check first. I paid the difference because I liked the look of it. Arrived in good time and nothing was damaged when it came out of the box.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually go to, this was much easier to navigate and the size guide was clear. Sent a thank you note by email when I had a question and got a reply the same day.

I've been ordering from this place for about eight years now, and it's always been reliable. Switched to them from a shop that closed, and the process hasn't changed for the worse. Got my latest order in a few days and everything matched what I'd picked.

My old kettle packed in so I needed a replacement quickly. I compared three places before this one, and the price was the best of the lot once delivery was added. It works well, the handle feels solid and the water heats fast.

Tried a few options before this and this was the one I was least happy with. The item was a bit smaller than the photos suggested and the price felt high for it. Delivery was on time at least.
