Magic Madhouse

I've been ordering the same replacement parts from them for about four years now. This time the item was packed fine but the box was a bit squashed on one corner. Still works perfectly and the price hasn't gone up, so I'm not bothered.

I ordered a set of storage tubs from the site and they were a bit smaller than the photos suggested, I'd have guessed the listing was a little off. The quality is fine for the money though, and they're sturdy. The bigger issue was the price had gone up by a few pounds since I last checked, which annoyed me. Delivery was on time and packaged well enough.

Really good value for what you get, and the ordering was simple enough. Found what I wanted in a few minutes, paid, and it arrived on time. Nothing to complain about, I'd use them again.

The bundle I got had way more in it than I expected for the price, enough for a whole term. Filtering the search by budget made it easy to find. Shipping was next day, which I didn't expect at all, and the box arrived in one piece.

Never ordered from here before so was a bit wary, but the tracking updates were spot on and the parcel came a day early. The item is exactly as described and the price was lower than the other places I checked.

I bought a charging cable here to replace one that had died on me, and it was the exact length I wanted. The first attempt at checkout failed, but it went through the second time. It arrived quickly and charges my phone fine.

I'd say the value is excellent, considerably less than I'd expected to pay for the same item in town. The order process was straightforward and I was kept informed at every step by email. Delivery arrived on the date given, and everything was as described. I'm pleased with the purchase and would happily use them again.

I'd normally just go to the supermarket for this, but a friend said to check here first. The price was clearly cheaper than the one I'd been paying elsewhere and the site was easy to use. First order and I'm happy with it.

Compared with the supplier I used to rely on, this has been noticeably cheaper for the same tea and coffee. The order arrived well packed and within the time quoted, which I appreciated. I found the account set up straightforward and I'm content to continue ordering from them.

Compared with the branded version I'd been eyeing up, this was a fair bit cheaper and did the same job. Ordering was quick and it came well packed. Happy enough with the swap.

The item I bought was fine for the money but I had to send one back that wasn't the right size. The returns form was fiddly and the refund took over a week to show up. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a chore.

The delivery came in two days which was quicker than I expected from an online-only shop. Prices on the site were lower than the big high street chains for the same stuff, and the checkout didn't try to add anything at the last minute. Would order again for the price alone, no complaints and the order tracking emails were clear.

Needed a cheap bit of kit for uni and this was the first place that had it in stock. Ordered on my phone in bed, got a tracking link straight away. Sorted, no issues.

The bodysuit fits about half a size smaller than the size chart says so i'd go up one if you're between sizes. Fabric is nice and stretchy though and the stitching has held up after a few washes. Ordering was easy and it turned up within the week.

I needed a few bits for my flatmate's birthday at short notice and didn't have time to go into town. Found what I wanted fast, checkout was easy, and it turned up the next morning. Really pleased, I'll definitely be back for the next one.

I compared three or four sites before picking this one, mainly for a set of reusable food containers. Their price was the lowest, and the lids actually clip on properly, which the cheaper one didn't. Ordered Monday, it came Wednesday, packed well. Happy with it.

Best value I've found for this kind of thing, and I checked a few places before buying. Ordering took about two minutes and the price was the reason I went with them, no complaints from me.

Needed a present last minute for my mum so ordered on here on a whim. Got it in two days, which was good. The wrapping paper it came in was a bit creased but the gift itself was lovely and she loved it. Cheap too, so I didn't mind the crease at all.

Found the thing I needed on the app while waiting for the bus, paid and was done in a few taps. Delivery came the next morning, though the driver left it with a neighbour without saying. Price is fair and the app is easy to use on my phone.

Compared to the other sites I looked at this was about a tenner cheaper for the same thing. Only small gripe is the checkout asked me to make an account, which was a pain on my phone. Otherwise fine, arrived yesterday.
