Made In Design

Needed a mirror for the hallway cos the old one fell off the wall. Ordered it on a Sunday and it came Tuesday. Looks nice, the gold frame is proper. Packaging was fine. Would order again.

Pleased with the bookcase, it is well made. Compared with other shops it was fair on price. Delivery was prompt and the instructions were easy to follow. Would buy again.

This was cheaper than the other sites I checked for the same kitchen stool. Ordering was simple and the stool is solid enough for daily use. Delivery came quickly and the packaging was neat. Good value for the money.

I bought a set of storage boxes as my first order with this site, mostly because they were on offer. Everything arrived packed well and the boxes are sturdy enough for books. The checkout was clear about delivery costs from the start. Worth a try if you need cheap storage.

The delivery slot picker actually let me choose an evening window which nobody else offers round here. Ordered a lamp on the way to work, arrived when it said it would. Quick and easy on my phone.

We needed a bedside table quickly because the old one broke. Bought this one and it arrived in good time. Happy with the finish and it fits the gap perfectly. Ordering was simple and I'll be back.

Bought a wooden garden bench after looking at three other sites. This one had the best dimensions for the space by the fence. The wood is solid and the finish looks good so far. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite. Put it together in an afternoon with the tools in the box.

The photos of the dining chair were clear from every side, which I did appreciate. Checkout was simple and I was pleasantly kept informed about the order. The chair is comfortable and well made, and it arrived safely packed.

Bought a rug for the lounge and it arrived rolled up in a tube. The colour is spot on and it's soft underfoot. Ordering took two minutes and the price was clear from the start. Very happy with it.

Honestly I have been ordering from them for about six years now and I have never had a bad experience. The bedding I bought last month is just as good as the last set. Website is simple to use even on my tablet. Delivery came in two days and the box was tidy. Staff answered my one question by email the same afternoon.

Compared with two other sites I checked, this one had clearer photos and a proper size guide, which mattered to me. The bedside table I got is sturdy and matches the bedroom. Ordering was smooth and the confirmation came straight away. Delivery was fast and the item arrived unscratched.

Compared with the big department store I usually go to, this worked out a fair bit cheaper for the same sort of storage unit. The quality seems comparable from what I can see. Delivery took longer than I had hoped, around ten days, and the courier left it without ringing first. I would still consider them again for the next purchase, though I'd check the delivery window carefully.

The bedding is soft as anything and the colour is nicer than in the pictures. Got the duvet set in a few days which was quicker than I expected. The site was easy on my phone and checkout took no time. Honestly I'm really pleased and might get the matching cushions next.

I looked at a few places before choosing this planter, and the photo here made it look bigger than it really is. It is fine but a bit smaller than I wanted. It was priced fairly against the others. Delivery took a few days and the box was a little dented on one corner, though the planter was unharmed. Returns would probably be a faff, so I've kept it.

Compared with the high street shops, this was much cheaper for a similar dining chair. The one I have is comfortable and the legs feel solid. Ordering was quick and I've bought from them before. Delivery was prompt and the chair came in one piece.

Our old wardrobe went and we needed storage in a hurry before the move. Got a set of boxes here for less than I expected. Arrived in two days and they're sturdy enough for books.

We needed a cheap bedside table for a rental flat when we moved in and the budget was tight. Found one here that was a fair bit less than the big chains and the spec looked fine for what we needed. It was delivered in about four days which was ok but not brilliant, and one of the drawer runners was a bit stiff out of the box. Still does the job and we would probably order again.

They are good value for what you get and the delivery was quick. The shelf unit I bought is fine for books but the screws felt a bit thin. Customer support replied within a day when I asked about a missing part. Checkout was straightforward and nothing unexpected was added on. I would probably order from them again for something light.
