Compared with the usual brand I buy for kitchen roll, this one is a touch pricier per sheet but the sheets are noticeably thicker and I needed fewer per job. The order arrived in good time and the box was squashed on one corner but nothing inside was damaged. I would take the cheaper route again only if the price gap grew smaller.

We needed a fitted sheet for the cot in a hurry after a spillage. The sheet we ordered is soft and the elastic holds well in the wash. The only thing I noticed is the colour is a shade darker than the picture, though it is still nice. Delivery was on time.

I bought the desk organiser for my new flat because my old setup was a mess of cables and pens. It arrived in one piece and the little drawers slide nicely. Assembly took about twenty minutes and only needed a screwdriver I already had. It has made my workspace feel much tidier and I like having everything in one place.

I had been buying the same thermal vests from a shop in town, and these from the site are considerably cheaper for what looks like the same weight of fabric. The stitching seems sound after several washes. I shall certainly order again.

My old one had died so I needed a compatible lead quickly before the weekend. The listing said it would fit but when it turned up the plug end was a different shape and would not go into my socket. Returning it was a faff because I had to print a form and drop it at the post office.

Compared to the other site I tried, this one had the exact bike light I wanted in stock. The brightness setting is handy. Delivery was next day but the tracking email came late. Still good.

I have bought the same brand of printer ink from them since they first started trading. This time I ordered the cartridges I always get and they came through quickly with the usual careful packing. Nothing has changed in years and that is exactly what I want from them.

The first thing that struck me was the weight of the fabric, which is exactly what I wanted for winter cycling. I've been buying vests from a shop in town for years and these are a fair bit cheaper for what feels like the same material. Stitching is tidy and they have held their shape after a dozen washes. Delivery took two days and the packaging was sensible. Happy to order again.

Got the white trainers last month and they arrived in two days which was buzzy. Sizing ran a bit small so I had to order a half size up, but the return label was already in the box so that was easy. Wear them most days now and they are holding up fine so far.

I needed something to wear to a wedding at short notice and found this dress on the site. The size chart helped me pick and it arrived with time to spare. The fabric is lighter than the photos suggested but it looks lovely. Very happy with it.

I ordered a set of drawer liners and they are perfectly adequate. The delivery was a little slow, taking the best part of a week, and one of the liners arrived creased. They did send a replacement without fuss. The price was sensible.

Ordered the lamp on my phone during a lunch break and it arrived by Thursday. Set it up in minutes, no tools needed. Honestly the bulb is already included which saved me a trip. Would order from them again.

I'm afraid this one was a bit of a disappointment, as the cafetiere I ordered looked rather more substantial on the website than it was in person. The glass is fine and it makes a decent cup, but I had hoped for something sturdier. Delivery was prompt and the box arrived unharmed, which I did appreciate.

I think this is a sound purchase for anyone who needs a reliable cafetiere. It arrived well packed and the glass is clear with no chips. The plunger moves smoothly and the coffee tastes just as I hoped. I have already recommended it to my sister.

Our old shower head had given up and we needed a replacement before the plumber could come. Found one here for well under what the DIY shops wanted, and it has a decent spray pattern and a sensible hose length. Fitting took five minutes with the washers that came with it. Good value for the money.

Bought the grey hoodie and it came in two days. Fabric is thick and the hood sits right. Sizing is true to the chart so no faff. Got a second one already.

Ordered a phone case on the app while waiting for the bus and it was sorted in about two minutes, card saved and everything. Arrived the next afternoon, which was quicker than I expected. Tracking updates were clear the whole way. Only thing I'd say is the search filters are a bit fiddly but I found what I wanted fine. Would use again, no problem.

The first thing I noticed was the delivery tracking, which updated every few hours and was spot on. I've bought plenty of printer ink and cables from online shops over the years and this is one of the smoother ones. The only niggle is the size guide on the trainers ran a touch small compared to my usual pair, so I'd say check the chart twice before ordering.

Compared to the big chain I usually use for the same sort of sofa cover, this one fits the corners far better and the elastic does not give up after a month. The price was a bit higher than the chain sale price though. Delivery was fine, the driver rang ahead.
