Compared it to the other online place i used for a set of decorative bulbs and this one was clearly better made, the fittings actually fit and the bulbs didn't flicker after a week. The site is easy to search by fitting type which saved me loads of time scrolling. Delivery took three days, which was fine. Only thing i'd say is the checkout asks for far too many details before you even see the total.

The floor lamp is well made and the brass finish looks smart in the living room, which is what I wanted. The only niggle was the box, which was a tight squeeze through the front door and needed two of us to get it up the stairs. Once it was assembled, though, the instructions were easy enough to follow and the switch works well.

The colour of the pendant shade is exactly as lovely as it looks in the photos, a soft sort of greige that goes with almost anything in our front room. My only real gripe is that it took just over a week to arrive, which was longer than the site suggested at checkout. The packaging was careful though, nothing was damaged and the instructions were clear enough for my husband to fit it without ringing anyone.

Lamp looks good, does the job. Took ages to get here though, nearly two weeks, and no updates until it showed up. Packaging was fine. Would still buy from them again tbh.

The colour temperature on the warm white dimmable bulbs is spot on, no blue tint at all, which matters a lot to me. I've swapped out most of the bulbs in our house now and the dimming is smooth even on the cheaper fittings. Filters on the site helped me find them fast.

Ordered the fairy lights in my lunch break and they were here in a few days. Fine quality, the plug is a bit chunky but it works fine. Would buy again.

Compared with the lamp I bought from a local shop, this one is a fair bit cheaper, though I think the local one is better made. The shade on mine has a slight wobble that I have not been able to fix. Ordering was easy enough and the parcel arrived when promised. I would have appreciated a little more care with the packaging, as one corner was dented.

Compared with a big high street chain, the same style of pendant was about half the price here and the bulb was included. You do pay for shipping on smaller orders so bundle things up. Came well packed and I had no problems with the fittings. Good value for what you get, and it looks like a far more expensive light than it cost me.
