I went with the twelve month plan for the broadband add on because the monthly price was the cheapest I could find for the speed I wanted. Setting it up was simple enough and the first bill matched what they quoted. Nothing hidden that I could see, which is what I was after.

I was in need of a reading lamp for my husband's bedside, as his eyes have been troubling him of late, and I had compared a number of models before deciding. The order was straightforward and the lamp arrived well within the stated time. It has a very gentle light which suits us both. I would happily order from them again.

I was after a warm dressing gown for the winter, and I'd looked at quite a few before deciding on this one. The fabric is soft and the belt is long enough to tie properly, which I always find lacking on the cheaper ones. The order arrived promptly and the gown was packed carefully with tissue paper. It's wonderfully cosy around the house and I shall certainly be ordering from them again when it's time to replace my other things.

Good value, I'd say. I bought a set of bedding and the price was lower than the big department stores for the same thread count. Delivery came in three days and the packaging was fine. Had to chase one email about a refund on a sample pack, but it went through. Would buy from them again for basics.
