I went with the twelve month plan for the broadband add on because the monthly price was the cheapest I could find for the speed I wanted. Setting it up was simple enough and the first bill matched what they quoted. Nothing hidden that I could see, which is what I was after.

I was in need of a reading lamp for my husband's bedside, as his eyes have been troubling him of late, and I had compared a number of models before deciding. The order was straightforward and the lamp arrived well within the stated time. It has a very gentle light which suits us both. I would happily order from them again.

The fabric is soft and the belt is long enough to tie properly, which I always find lacking on the cheaper ones. The order arrived promptly and the gown was packed carefully with tissue paper. My one gripe is that the key barrel feels a bit loose, and I'd have liked a clearer picture of that in the listing. Delivery was quick and the order tracking worked well.

What I noticed straight away was how well the thermal mug keeps tea hot, still warm after three hours in the car. I had a look at about three other mugs before picking this one. Lid seals properly and doesn't leak in my bag. Delivery was spot on too.

The fixings that came with the wall brackets were the best bit, proper heavy duty plugs rather than the flimsy ones you usually get in flatpack. Took me about ten minutes to get the first one up and then the rest went quick. Only thing is the instructions could have been clearer about the drill depth.

Good value, I'd say. I bought a set of bedding and the price was lower than the big department stores for the same thread count. Delivery came in three days and the packaging was fine. Had to chase one email about a refund on a sample pack, but it went through. Would buy from them again for basics.
