Really simple, found the rug I wanted, paid and that was it. The confirmation came through straight away and the tracking link worked. Only thing was the courier turned up a day later than the window they gave, but I got a message about it so it wasn't a big deal.

The mirror is much bigger than I'd pictured from the photos, it's taller than I am. Fine for the hall but I had to get a mate to help carry it in. Packaging was solid and nothing was damaged. Quick order, quick delivery, good stuff.
