Compared with the branded version I normally buy, this was a little softer and lighter to handle. The price was lower and the instructions were clear, which I appreciated. Delivery came well within the time they quoted.

Been a customer here for years and the usual things still work. This time the replacement filter took over a week to arrive, which was annoying. Price is about the same as last time, so nothing to grumble about beyond the wait.

Bought the cordless drill set from them last month and it has been brilliant for the money. Arrived in two days, battery charged up straight away and it's already done a fence and a shelf. Can't complain about the price compared with the big chains, just wish the case was a bit sturdier.

Their fixed fee for the stain treatment was the lowest I found after checking four or five firms, and that was the main reason I went with them. The booking took about two minutes on the app and they picked up the sofa on the day they said. Got a text when the van was close, which saved me sitting in all morning. Left it a day to dry and it's come up nicely.

This is the best of the stand mixers I looked at, and I looked at quite a few. The bowl is a good size and the mixer doesn't wobble on the worktop. Took a few days longer than I'd like but the price made it worth it.

I compared three different tents before choosing this one, and the tent poles on this one are noticeably sturdier. The pitch was quick and it stood up to a windy night at the coast. Good value for a three-person tent and it arrived in good time.

Honestly avoid this one. The rucksack looked nothing like the photos, the straps are thin and the zip on the front split after two wears. Tried to return it and the returns form kept timing out so I gave up and just binned it. Not worth the money at all.

Really happy with how it went, the sign-up took about five minutes and I had my loan approved the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day, which was quicker than my bank transfers usually take. Repayment dates are clear in the app and I've already set up the reminders. Will be back if I need anything else.

Our old kettle packed in just before the bank holiday so I needed a replacement quickly. Went for the cheapest one that had decent reviews and it's been working fine for a month. Delivery was next day and the box was undamaged, which is all I really wanted.

We needed a new garden hose before the summer and this one was the right length for the back garden. It has held up well against the kinks so far. The fittings are a little stiff to turn by hand, but it's otherwise a good buy.

Bought the running shoes on the site and they arrived yesterday. Fit is good and the cushioning feels nice on the first run. The box came a bit squashed on one corner but the shoes were fine, and the returns page was easy to find if they'd not worked out. Only small thing is the laces are on the short side for my size so I'll be swapping them out.

Honestly the fastest delivery I've had from an online shop, ordered on the Sunday and it was on my doorstep Tuesday morning. The ring came in a little box with a proper clasp, looked just like the photos. Checkout was quick on the app and I didn't have to make an account. Would order again for sure, my mates are already asking where I got it from.

Picked up the vitamin D capsules for the winter and they're easy to take. The bottle came sealed and the dose feels right for me. Price is fair and it arrived in about three days.

I'd been buying my bedding from the high street for years, so this was a change for me. The duvet set is noticeably warmer and the cotton feels nicer than what I was paying more for elsewhere. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was tidy, and I've already mentioned it to my sister.

I've been fixing up bikes for years so I knew what I needed, a new chain and cassette. Went with this one because the sizing was clear. Delivery was a day later than quoted but the parts are good quality.

Needed a replacement bike lock after mine got nicked from outside the flat. This was my first order with them and the checkout was straightforward. Lock is solid and does the job, though the key tag was a bit flimsy and the price was a tad above what I'd paid elsewhere.

Compared with the cheap headphones I had before, these are much clearer and the battery lasts ages. I checked three other sets first and this came out ahead on value. Ordering was simple and it got here fast.

Compared with the supermarket own brand, this blender is a step up for the price. The motor is quieter and it crushes ice without struggling. Arrived on time and there was no fuss.
