Every time I order my size is already saved so I just tick and go, which after years of using them is a small thing I really notice. The dress I got last month arrived in about three days and fitted perfectly. Been shopping with them since uni and they haven't let me down yet.

Bought the denim jacket and it looked nothing like the photos, the colour is more grey than blue. The seams started coming loose after the second wash. Sent it back and the refund took ages to show up.

I used to buy most of my workwear from a big chain, and this blouse is a clear step up in fabric. It's a light crepe that doesn't need ironing much, which I compared against my old brand and found much easier. I've been a regular customer for years and this is the best I've bought from them.
