Lightzey

Compared with the catalogue I usually order from, the price on this winter coat was a little higher, though the fabric is warm and well stitched. The zip runs smoothly and the hood sits nicely. Delivery took a few days longer than they quoted, but it arrived safely wrapped.

Noticed straight away that the checkout had a delivery option under three quid. I bought a set of kitchen scales and a silicone spatula and paid less than I would have in the shop. Took about four days to get here, which was fine. Scales are accurate and easy to clean.

Honestly the best thing I've bought in ages for the money. The mouse is light, the buttons click nicely and it arrived in two days. I'd buy another without thinking twice.

Bought the rear USB lights for my commuter bike after the last pair died in the rain. These are properly bright and the battery lasts a full week of daily riding for me, even with the flashing mode on. The mounting bracket is sturdy and fits my seatpost without any fiddling. Packaging was fine and it arrived in two days, which was handy since I'd been cycling without lights for a week.

I have been ordering from here since about 2016 and the usual stuff still arrives fine. This time the delivery window was a bit wide, so I waited most of a day in for a parcel that turned up after six. Otherwise the storage tubs are solid and the price is still hard to beat.

Works fine, charges my phone just as quick as the expensive one that came with it. Cable feels a bit thin but it's not something I'd worry about for the price.

Bought a little phone stand for my desk. It holds my phone fine when I'm on video calls, but the rubber pad on the base peeled off after about two weeks. Delivery was quick though, came the next day, and the price was decent for what it is. Would maybe get a different one next time.

Compared to the high street shop I normally use, this was miles cheaper for the same phone case. Ordered it on a Sunday night and it turned up Wednesday. Quality is fine for the money, not amazing but I'm happy.

I was comparing this against the well known brand for a set of storage boxes and this was less than half the price. The boxes are sturdy enough and the lids click shut properly. Arrived within three days, nicely packed.

I needed new reading glasses because my old pair had gone wobbly at the hinge. I've been ordering from here for about six years now and this was as easy as always. The frames are comfortable and the lenses are clear. Delivery was prompt and the envelope came through the door without any damage.

Honestly this one is a bit of a letdown. I ordered a wooden tool organiser for the garage and the photos made it look sturdier than it is. The drawers stick and one of the corners had a chip in it when it arrived. It does the job for now but I'd check reviews elsewhere first.

Picked up the cordless drill combi kit to do some jobs around the house. The drill itself is solid and the two batteries last well enough for a weekend of shelving and a fence repair. The case is a bit flimsy and the bits are a bit short for thicker timber. Still, it cost less than I expected and arrived well packed.

Our old fan packed in during the heatwave so I needed something quick and cheap. This one is quiet on the lowest setting and the oscillation works fine. It came a few days later than I hoped but was well packed.

Ordered a grey hoodie in what the size chart said was a medium and it's basically a small. Sent it back and the returns process was a bit of a nightmare, had to print a label and the refund took ages. Not happy at all.

Honestly the best value I found once I'd compared it with two other retailers for the same memory foam mattress topper. It was noticeably cheaper than the other two and the reviews on it were more balanced than most. The topper is firm but comfortable and it's already stopped my hip aching. Ordering was straightforward and the parcel arrived earlier than the date they gave. Would happily buy from them again for the next bits we need.

I needed something cheap and quick to replace the kettle that broke when my flatmate dropped it. Never bought from here before so I was a bit unsure. The kettle works fine but the lid is a bit loose and it took nearly a fortnight to turn up. Customer service did sort a replacement lid for me though.

Compared to the well known brand this is near enough identical for a cordless hedge trimmer, and it costs about a third less. The battery life is a little shorter than I'd like but fine for a small garden. Delivery was quick.

I've been cooking for forty years so I know a decent saucepan when I hold one. This cast iron casserole is heavy in the right way, the lid seals well and the enamel hasn't chipped. Pricier than the supermarket version but worth it.

We needed a small stepladder for the loft hatch and the one we had was too wobbly to trust. This one is light enough to carry up and down and has three solid steps. Good value and the delivery came in one piece.
