Got the bluetooth speaker for the garden, pairs in seconds with my phone. Sound is loud enough for a barbecue, battery lasted most of the day. Arrived next day, no complaints.

Bought the cordless drill set with two batteries and a case for the price of just the drill elsewhere. Both batteries have held charge through a whole weekend of fence panels and shelving, and the charger is quick. Good value for a home workshop, nothing to complain about.

Compared with the other place I usually use, this one's cheaper for the same sort of blender but the motor is noticeably weaker. It does smoothies fine but struggles with frozen fruit. I'd expected a bit more for the price, so it's a bit of a let down.

I've been ordering the frozen veg and the bulk pack of chicken thighs from them for about six years now, so I know how they work. Ordering is still the same, I just log in and reorder the usual list. I bought the wool throw for the sofa after my husband's old one wore through. It is very soft and the colour is as shown. The only thing is it took a few extra days to arrive, but it was well packed.

We needed a proper dress steamer for the wedding season because the cheap one we had just dripped water everywhere. The one I got from them heats fast and the steam is strong enough for the lined stuff, and the hose is long enough to reach the top of a wardrobe door without faffing about.

Honestly, it's fine for the money and I'd buy it again. The desk lamp works and the arm moves smoothly, though the base is a bit lightweight and it wobbles if you bump the desk. Delivery was quick.

Compared with the old power drill I had, this is a step down in power and the battery doesn't last as long. I know the market well and I expected a bit more for the money. It does the light jobs fine but I wouldn't rely on it for heavy masonry.

Compared with the big chain on the high street this was a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of hinge, and I was sceptical. The hinges themselves are fine and the fit on the cabinet door is spot on. The only thing is the packaging arrived with a dent in one box, though the contents were fine.

I needed a new kettle as the old one had finally given up after nearly a decade of faithful service. I did consider a couple of other shops before deciding, mainly on price. This one arrived well packed, boils quickly, and the auto switch off works properly, so I am very pleased with it and would happily order from them again.
