LBC Lighting

Been ordering from them for years now, mostly bits for the house. Last time I compared them against the big DIY chain and they came out cheaper for the same downlights, which is why I keep coming back. This time the box arrived a day later than the site said. Still the same good quality lights as always.

Checked three other places before going with this one for the garage lights. The main reason was the price per fitting, it was noticeably lower than the others once you added the delivery on. The lights are a decent brightness and the diffusers are sturdy. Ordering was straightforward and I got an email when it shipped. Would buy from them again for sure.

Ordered outdoor wall lights on Monday, arrived Wednesday. Checkout took a while because the postcode box kept resetting on my phone but got there in the end. Lights look just like the photos and the fixings were all in the box. Price was fair compared with other sites I looked at. Would order again.

We needed a new light for the stairs after the old one stopped working and the electrician was booked for weeks away. I looked at a few other sites and the price here was lower, though the fitting itself was a bit smaller than the picture suggested. Once it was up it did the job well enough. Not quite what I pictured but I would still buy from them.

Compared it with the big high street chain first and LBC was about a third cheaper for the same bulb pack. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived Thursday, everything was fine and the bulbs work. Nothing to complain about for the money.

Verdict: good value for the money. Bought a couple of outdoor floodlights for the back of the house and they are bright and sturdy. The price was lower than what I was seeing elsewhere. Delivery was on time and the packaging was sensible. Happy enough.

The first thing I noticed was the price per bulb, which was lower than what I'd have paid at the big DIY shop for the same pack. I needed replacements for the landing and the bathroom and found what I wanted in a few minutes. Ordered Tuesday night, it turned up Thursday with the tracking updating the whole way. Nothing I'd change.

The bulbs in the bedroom lamp kept flickering so I went looking for replacements and checked a few shops first, LBC had the right fitting and the listing actually said which base it took. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and it came Thursday, which was quicker than I expected. Only thing is the packaging was a bit flimsy and one box arrived slightly crushed at the corner, but the bulbs were fine and they work well.

We needed something outside for the new porch that would stand up to the weather and not look cheap. I compared a few sites and the lantern style from here looked the most like what we wanted. It has been up through a wet autumn now and still looks fine. Happy with the purchase.

Got the LED strip lights for my room and they look so good behind the bed. Got them for a fair price and they came quick, I think it was about two days. Easy to fix up with the adhesive backing. My room looks way better now and I'm happy with it.

Really happy with my first order from them, the site was easy to use and I got a pendant light for my bedroom. It arrived well packed and in one piece. Would happily order again.

Compared this with the bigger lighting brands and the same style of wall light was clearly cheaper here, nearly a quarter less. I went for the brushed brass finish which looks much better in person than I expected from the photos. The order arrived in two days and everything was there. Good value all round, I will probably buy the matching table lamp next.

Needed a light for the shed that would not cost a fortune. I have used this company before for other bits so I went back to them. The light is bright enough for working in and it was a good price. Sorted.

Honestly the best option I found for outdoor wall lights after comparing four different sites. The price was fair, the spec was clear on the listing, and the lights do exactly what I wanted in the garden. Delivery was slower than I hoped but the lights were well worth the wait. Pleased with the purchase and would order from them again.

My husband had been struggling to read in the evenings so I needed a proper lamp for his chair. I looked at a few alternatives before deciding, mostly because the descriptions here were clear about brightness and the lamp had a good reputation. It arrived promptly and was simple to put together. He is delighted with it and I am pleased with the value.

Verdict: really good. This was my first time buying lights online and I was nervous about getting the wrong size. The site made it easy to check, and the pendant I got for the living room is a good size. It arrived well wrapped and everything was there. Would happily buy from them again.

Got the LED strip for behind my desk and it looks sick at night. Took about 20 mins to stick up. Instructions were a bit tiny to read though. Would get again.

I bought a set of ceiling lights for the hall and they went in without any bother. Checked the listing carefully before ordering and the fittings matched what I had. The lights give good even light and the price was fair. I was happy with the whole thing.

Bought a pack of LED spotlights for the kitchen ceiling. Checked a couple of other sites first and these were the cheapest for a set of six that also came with the right fittings. They fitted straight in with no faff and the light is nice and bright. Good value, would get them again.
