I bought the portable laser engraver after seeing a few videos and wasn't sure it would be any good. Ordering was simple, the checkout took a minute, and it came well packed. Setting it up took about twenty minutes and I've already done some keyrings for my friends. Really pleased I went for it.

Cheapest way I found to get custom engraved name tags for the school bags, and the price was good for what you get. Engraves clean on the plastic and metal tags I tried. Used it for about twenty tags over a weekend and nothing went wrong. Good value for us.

Compared to the cheaper machines I looked at, this one feels much more solid and the frame doesn't wobble when it's running. I had a few cheap ones before and kept having to replace the lenses. This has been running every week for a few months now without any trouble. Engraving quality is clearly better and the stock lens is good. Worth the extra over the budget options.

I bought the replacement lens kit from them, which is my third order over the years. It arrived well packed, the lenses fitted my machine exactly as described, and the instructions were easy to follow. I have always found them reliable and I am glad to keep coming back.

Works well and the price was the thing that got me in the end. Costs a lot less than the big names and I've not noticed any difference in what it engraves. Cheap enough that I didn't feel bad buying it for my hobby. Good value.

I bought the rotary attachment along with the main unit because I wanted to engrave tumblers and pens. Setting it up took about ten minutes and the chuck held the tumbler steady without any slipping. The focus settings were easy to get right on the first go, and the test grid they included helped me dial in the power for acrylic and steel. Happy with it so far.

Compared to the more expensive machine I used at my club, this is a bit slower on deep cuts and the software is less polished. You need to run a couple of test passes before anything important. Setup was fine and it engraves detail well. Fair enough for the money but I wouldn't say it's a straight swap for the pricier ones.

It handles acrylic and anodised aluminium without the fumes getting out of hand when I've got the extraction on. Focus is quick to lock and the air assist makes a noticeable difference on thicker plywood. Took a few days to dial in the power settings but the results are cleaner than anything I've had before.

Compared to the cheap engraver I had before, this is a whole different thing. The old one needed constant tweaking and the marks were patchy, but this one gets it right first time most of the time. Customer service answered my question about the lens within a day as well. Happy with the switch.

This is a good machine and I am pleased with how it works for my wood signs. The order did take a little longer to arrive than the site suggested, and I had to ring them once to ask where it was. Once it was here the set up was straightforward and I have had no trouble since. Would be happy to buy from them again.

The little carry case that came with it is the detail I liked most, because it means I can take it to my mate's flat without worrying about the cables. It's light enough to chuck in a backpack. Did a few engraved phone cases on it last weekend and they look really good. Lots of fun to play with honestly.

Compared to the other engravers I've looked at, this one was a real step down on speed and the cuts on thicker wood were rough. The app kept dropping its connection, which was annoying. I emailed support and it took about four days to get a reply. Wouldn't rule out buying again but I'm not convinced.

Needed a quick birthday present for my son before the party on Saturday and ordered this on my phone during my lunch break. Arrived two days later, exactly what I wanted, so happy with it.
