The first thing I noticed was the hinges on the cabinet door, they're quite stiff and need a good push to close. Compared with a few other options I looked at, the price was fair and the wood is decent. It took a little while for the parcel to arrive and the box was a bit battered. Not terrible, but I'd want a better look at the fittings before I bought another.

Looked at about four different chopping boards before settling on the bamboo one from here. The grain is nice and it hasn't warped after a few months of washing. Price was better than the others I'd looked at. Would happily order again.

Compared with the set of dining chairs I had from a department store, these from here are far more comfortable and the frames feel much sturdier. I have had them for some months now and they show no sign of wobbling. The ordering was clear and I was grateful for the careful packing when they arrived. I am quite pleased with them.

I can say without hesitation that the garden bench was exactly what we needed for the back patio. Ordering was straightforward and the instructions were clear enough that my husband put it together on his own. It has weathered two wet months without any sign of warping. I would be glad to order from them again when the time comes.

Knows his stuff on this kind of product and this is solid kit for the money, the case is well built and the foam is firm. Delivery took longer than the site suggested, which was the only real niggle. The product itself is worth the wait though.

Been ordering from them for years now and the thing I always notice is how the parcel turns up in the same neat box every time, even for something tiny like a pack of drawer pulls. Price is fair and the site is easy enough to use on my phone. Only niggle is the delivery window, they never give you a time slot.

Our old kettle packed in halfway through a trip so I needed something quick to replace it, and this was the first place I found with it in stock. Ordered on a Friday and it arrived on the Monday, which was fine for us. Had a bit of a wait for an email reply when I asked about the warranty, but it got sorted in the end.

Our lamp shade got knocked off the table by the dog and I needed a replacement quickly before guests came round. Found one here that matched the old one closely enough. It arrived in good time and was easy to fit with the clip.

Needed a new lamp shade quick because my flatmate's dog knocked ours off the table and we had people coming round that night. Found one here and ordered it at like 11pm, it arrived the next afternoon. It's the right size and looks nice on the lamp. Really glad I didn't have to go hunting round the shops.

Compared with the ones I'd picked up from the cheap online sellers, this set of clamps is far more solid. The jaws grip without slipping and the screw turns smoothly. I've been using them on a bench for weeks with no complaints. Ordering was painless and the parcel arrived a day early.

Good value for a drill stand that doesn't cost much, and it does the job for light workshop use. The base is heavier than I expected, which is a plus. Delivery was a day later than the site said but nothing I'd complain about. The height adjustment is a bit fiddly to lock.

Compared to the hanging rail I got from the big shop last year, this one from them is far sturdier. The old one bowed in the middle after a month, whereas this has held a full load of coats without any give. Ordering was simple and it turned up within the week. Price was a bit higher but worth it.

Honestly, these are the best value speakers stands I've found for a home setup, and I've been through quite a few. Build quality is far better than the price suggests. Delivery was quick and nothing rattled about in the box. Would order again without thinking twice.

Wasn't sure what to expect on my first order but the packing was lovely, every item wrapped separately in tissue. Arrived in two days and the candle holders look even better in real life than the photos.

Went with them over the big DIY chain for a box of cable clips and it was noticeably cheaper, even after postage. The clips themselves are fine, nothing special, but they do the job. Took a few extra days to arrive compared to what I expected. Not a big deal for something I wasn't in a rush for.

Went for the wall mirror because the photos looked lovely, but in person the frame is a bit thinner and the finish looks cheaper than I expected. It also took more than a week to get a reply when I asked about returning it. I did eventually send it back and the refund came through, though the process was fiddly. Would think twice before ordering again.

Needed a cheap drill stand for the workshop and this was the best value I could find. You get what you pay for, but it does what it says and feels sturdy enough. Arrived quickly and well wrapped. Good for the money.

I bought the galvanised planters for the back garden last month and they've been very satisfactory. They arrived a day later than the site said, which I didn't mind, and the instructions were clear enough for my husband to assemble without ringing anyone. The only thing is they took a while to answer my query about the drainage holes.

Bought the oak wall shelves back in the spring and they went up without any drama, the brackets are solid and the wood looks exactly like the photos. I've ordered from them four or five times now for bits around the house and every order has turned up when they said it would. The packaging was careful too, nothing dented or scratched. Would not go anywhere else for this kind of thing now, they've just got it right.
