I looked at four or five different garden benches before settling on this one, mainly because it was the only one I found with a proper hardwood frame at this price. It came flat packed with all the fixings and the instructions made sense. Took a Saturday morning to put together. Looks very good in the garden now.

I needed storage boxes for the loft and had been looking at a few different sets. These ones were a bit cheaper than the rest and came with the lids that actually click shut properly. The checkout made me sign in twice which was a bit irritating, but once through it was all smooth. Good for the money.

I ordered the hardwood garden bench for the patio and I know my timber well enough to say this one is properly made. The joints are tight, the slats are well sanded and the screws are the right gauge, not the cheap stuff. Packed sensibly with corner protectors so nothing got scuffed in transit. Price is fair for what you get and the delivery was on the day they said.

Compared with the big department store I usually use, the stitching on the throw I bought here is much better and the colour matches the photos. I have had two cheaper throws from elsewhere fall apart within a year, so the extra I paid is worth it. Delivery was quick and tracking updated properly at every stage. Would buy the same again without thinking twice.

Bought a floor lamp for my flat as my first order with them. The checkout asked me to make an account which was a bit annoying but fine. It came in a box that had clearly been through a lot, though the lamp itself was unharmed and works perfectly. Happy enough with it.

I needed a replacement shower head after the old one started leaking, so I compared several options before picking this one. The product itself was fine but the listing said it would fit standard fittings and it did not, so I had to send it back. The returns process was a faff, with a form that kept timing out and a reply that took five days. Not impressed with that part.

I have been ordering from them for years, mostly cushion covers and the odd bit of curtain fabric. The first thing I always look at is the fabric swatch, which has never once been off. This latest cushion cover arrived neatly wrapped and in time for my daughter's visit. Nothing to report.

Honestly the price is what got me, the cordless drill kit was a fair bit under what I would have paid in the big DIY shops. The case is sturdy and the battery holds its charge well. Ordered on a Monday and it was with me by Wednesday. Good value, no complaints.

First time buying from here and the rug I picked turned out better than I expected for the price. The site is easy to use on my phone and I got a sensible confirmation email straight away. The rug arrived rolled up in a tube with barely a crease in it, and I could hardly believe it had come so fast. Will definitely be back for the other rug I have had my eye on for the bedroom.

Needed some heavy duty wall hooks for the hallway and the set I ordered arrived in about three days which was quicker than I expected. The price was a bit more than I'd have paid at a market stall but the hooks themselves feel sturdy and the screws were all in the bag. Only niggle was the instructions were a bit vague so I had to work out the spacing myself, but they're up now and nothing's moved.

Honestly this beat the other site I used for my last order by miles, the chair I got was cheaper and the seat is actually comfy. The checkout was quick and I did not have to make an account. Arrived the next day which was a nice surprise. Would order again, cheers.

I have ordered from them for a good few years now and they have not let me down. The garden hose reel I bought this time has a sturdy frame and the hose runs out smoothly. The price was fair and the parcel was on the doorstep the next working day. A sound outfit.

Set against the garden centre I normally visit, the outdoor cushions here are of a noticeably sturdier build and the cover came away easily for washing. I did think the postage was rather steep for a single item, though the goods arrived well within the promised time. I am content with the purchase, and I would be happy to go back.

The rug arrived in very good order and the colours are just as shown on the site. I was a little worried about the size when ordering but it fits the sitting room well. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the website suggested, though the driver was courteous and left it safely at the door. I'd be happy to order from them again.

The delivery was the part that impressed me most, the tracking showed it was out for delivery the same morning. I bought a set of mugs and they came without a single chip. Prices are a touch lower than the high street and the range is solid. Used them for four years now and they still look like new.

Ordered the storage boxes on Tuesday night and they turned up Thursday. Box sizes were what I wanted and the lids snap on properly. Only thing is the tracking page froze for a bit so I had no idea where the van was. Would order again, just pop them in the basket and go.

Built it in about twenty minutes with the instructions, which were actually clear. Love it, it is exactly what I wanted and the price was spot on for a student budget.

Way cheaper than the other sites I checked for the same headphones case, so that is the main thing. Only downside is the delivery took four days when it said two. Still fine though.
