I've ordered the same hand tied bouquet from them every year for our wedding anniversary, going on six years now. It's always the same lovely mix of white and blush and it arrives the day I pick. The customer service phoned me once when there was a stock issue and offered a substitute I was happy with. I've never had a bad delivery and the price has stayed about the same.

Compared to the supermarket bunches I usually grab, these were miles better, the flowers lasted nearly two weeks. Ordered on the app in the lift at work. Delivery was fine, arrived before lunch.
