The delivery text that said my parcel was coming between 7 and 8 pm was the bit I liked most. It actually arrived at 7:40. Had a jacket from the sale and it fits well. Nice one.

Placed my first order here last week and it went through smoothly with no fuss at checkout. Got a set of desk lamps and they arrived boxed and unharmed. Easy enough to track. Would order again.

Cheapest I found for the spec I needed, and the order arrived two days earlier than the date they gave me. Checkout was quick, no account needed, and the receipt landed in my inbox straight away. Good value for what you pay, nothing more to say really.

Compared with the high street chemist I usually visit, this site had a wider range of gentle skincare and the prices were a little lower. My order arrived neatly packed and in good time. The customer team answered a question I had about allergens with courtesy. I was very satisfied with the whole arrangement.

I'd say it is a sound choice for household bits and pieces. My order of a small set of storage boxes arrived with the correct contents and no damage. The only small niggle was that the confirmation email went to my junk folder for a day or so.

This was my first time ordering from them so I didn't know what to expect. The checkout asked me to make an account halfway through, which was annoying. The trainers I got were fine, but the tracking only updated twice and the parcel took four days to turn up. Not a disaster, just slower than I'd like.

The digital tyre pressure gauge I bought has a backlit screen and the stated accuracy matches what I got when I checked it against the garage's pump. Packaging was minimal but the gauge arrived unharmed. Good spec for the price, and I'd happily order from them again.

It's fine for what it is. I've been ordering from them for years and the stuff generally arrives as described. Prices have crept up though, and the same garden fork was noticeably dearer than at the local garden centre last month. Delivery was slow this time, about a week longer than usual.

Compared to the big chain I usually use this was quicker and a bit cheaper, and the checkout didn't keep timing out on me like it does elsewhere. Ordered a pair of trainers on the bus and they were on the doorstep two days later. Would use again.

I bought a cotton nightdress set for my sister's hospital stay, and it was lovely quality for the money. The sizing was a little smaller than I expected, so I had to ask them about an exchange. They replied within a day, which I was grateful for, though I did find the returns page rather hard to follow.

Compared with the usual marketplace sellers I normally buy from, this one was clearer about stock and dispatch times. I bought a set of replacement bike brake pads and they were exactly the right fit for my bike. Packaging was sensible. Happy to buy again.

I needed a new kettle after the old one gave up, and I'd been putting it off for weeks. Ordered one on a Monday evening and it arrived the following Thursday, well packed and undamaged. The instructions were easy to follow and it boils quickly. I'm very pleased with it.

Needed a birthday present for my sister and had forgotten until the week before. Found a nice jumper on the site, ordered it on my phone in about two minutes, and it turned up in time. Gift wrap was a nice touch. Saved me on this one.

Got a phone case here for the first time and it's a good fit for my phone. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped, about four days, but it came in one piece. Decent price for what you get.

Got a pair of running shoes here because I'd never bought from this site before and wanted to test it. Sizing was spot on and the cushioning feels good on my runs. Dispatch was quick, and the box came sealed. I'd say it's worth a go.

I ordered a cordless drill with two batteries and the kit matched the listing exactly, which is more than I can say for some sites. The charger and case were all there and the drill feels solid in the hand. Only thing I'd flag is the order confirmation took a while to arrive. Good value for a DIY tool.

I bought a laptop bag for my work commute and it fits my 15 inch laptop with room for a charger. The zips feel decent and the padding is good. The one thing I'd mention is the bag arrived a day later than the tracking said. Good enough for the price.

Needed a school bag for my son starting secondary, and the list said a specific size. Found one here, ordered on the Sunday, and it was in the post by Tuesday. He's happy with it. Quick and easy.

I'd compared a few options before choosing this for a new hoover, and it came out as the best price with free delivery. It arrived well packed and works brilliantly. The instructions were clear. I'd happily buy from here again.
