Compared it with ordering the same thing from the big high street chain and KingsYard was about a third cheaper once delivery was added on. Order arrived in three working days, packed fine, nothing missing. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Good value for what I needed, which was a replacement kitchen tap.
Read moreMy daughter asked me to look into a walking frame after my hip op, and the one I chose from here was the right sort of thing for the house. It arrived a little later than promised, which was a shame as I was keen to use it. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. Price was fair, though I did see it cheaper elsewhere.
Read moreI was a bit wary ordering from a site I hadn't used before, but my brother had recommended it for home office stuff. I needed a new desk lamp for working late and went for one with adjustable brightness. The checkout was simple and I got a confirmation straight away. It arrived in good time, carefully packed, and the lamp works exactly as it should. I'd happily order from them again.
Read moreI bought a set of cushions from here and the fabric is lovely, but I did not care for the colour in the room, so I wanted to send them back. The returns process was rather fiddly, as I had to print a label and find a drop off point that took the parcel. It took me a few days to sort out, and I would have liked clearer instructions. The cushions themselves are very nice.
