100%Would buy again
Ordered the refill I'd been using for years, the same one I always buy elsewhere. The site had it in stock and the checkout remembered my details. Delivery came in good time and everything was as expected.
Read moreI have been ordering from them since about 2016 and the thing that stands out is how the order history is still there whenever I log in. The prices have crept up a bit over the years, and the last delivery took four days when it used to be two, but I still keep going back.
Read moreI compared this with ordering from my usual supermarket and the prices here were a little higher once the delivery charge was added. The site was easy enough to navigate and I found what I wanted without any bother. The item arrived a day later than the estimate, which was a shame, but the customer service email I sent was answered politely within the same week. I'd order again, though I'd check…

Needed a last minute birthday present for my sister and everywhere local was sold out. Found it here, ordered at about 11pm and it was waiting on her doorstep the next day. Saved me big time, she was made up with it.
Good value for what you pay, and that is the whole point for me. Order went through without any issues and it turned up in good time. Would use them again.
Went with these after comparing about four other sites and they came out on top for me. Checkout was quick, the order went through first time and the price was clearly lower than the rest. Would happily use them again for my next top up order, no complaints at all.
The sign up was instant, I was in and ordering before I'd even finished my tea, which is the first thing I noticed. Support answered my one question in the chat within a couple of minutes. Got what I needed, cheers.
Checked several sites before picking this one, mainly because of the reviews and a mate's recommendation. The specific model I wanted was in stock and the packaging was tidy and secure. Glad I went with them, very pleased.
Took about two minutes to get signed up on the app and the first thing I noticed was they had my saved address pre-filled already. Booked a slot for the Saturday and it all just worked, reminders came through on time and the person who turned up was lovely.
Compared it with buying the same thing in town and it was a fair bit cheaper here once delivery was counted. Ordering was simple and the item came well packed with no faff. Good value and I'd order from them again.
Ordered the trial pack on a whim after seeing it on my mate's feed. Checkout was dead easy and the money came off straight away, no weird extras. Honestly the trial pack is good and I've already put in the full order, sorted.
Compared with my usual supplier this came in a few pounds cheaper once I'd added the delivery, which is the only reason I bothered to switch. Same quality as far as I can tell, and the order arrived when they said it would.
Got the bundle with the extra bits thrown in, which was the main reason I went for it tbh. Ordering took like two minutes on my phone and it all arrived when they said. Really happy with it, the bundle was the best part for sure.
We needed a replacement part for the boiler and the local place had nothing in stock until next month. Found it here, placed the order at lunchtime and the confirmation came straight through, which was exactly what I wanted.
Needed a new charger because mine packed up on the Friday and I was not going without for the weekend. Ordered it Friday evening and it was here Saturday morning, which saved my bacon. Works a treat.
