100%Would buy again
Ordered the refill I'd been using for years, the same one I always buy elsewhere. The site had it in stock and the checkout remembered my details. Delivery came in good time and everything was as expected.
Read moreI have been ordering from them since about 2016 and the thing that stands out is how the order history is still there whenever I log in. The prices have crept up a bit over the years, and the last delivery took four days when it used to be two, but I still keep going back.

Read moreBeen using them for ages now and the thing I always notice is how the reorder button saves me hunting for the same thing. Last time the delivery was a bit slow though, took about a week. Still a decent regular.

Really good first order, the thing arrived the day after and looked just like the photos. The only thing is the returns process, I had to chase a label twice before it got sorted. Not a dealbreaker though.
Ordering was straightforward enough and I had no trouble finding the right size for what I needed. The verdict is that it does the job well, though the confirmation emails took a while to come through. I'd be happy to use them again.
Needed it for a same week thing so I was in a rush and typing this on the bus. The site was fine to order from, though the delivery window was a bit vague and it turned up later than I wanted. Still did the job in the end.
Compared it to the other place I usually use and this one is a bit pricier, but the ordering was smoother so it kind of evens out. Nothing went wrong, just a tiny bit more expensive than I'd have liked. Would probably still get it again.
