Kärcher

Got this on a whim after seeing it on a mate's drive. Ordering was quick and the hose fitted straight away. Could do with a longer lead on the power cable but it's fine.

The hose reel has a proper auto rewind and a locking catch, which is more than I expected for the money. The rest of the kit is fine but the wand is a bit flimsy at the joint. Delivery took the full week they quoted, which was fair enough.

Bought the pressure washer for the drive and the path at the back. Got it sorted in an afternoon and the difference is night and day. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday with no fuss.

Ordering was easy and the site helped me pick the right size for my patio. The machine was delivered on time and has been great for the car and the bins. Really happy with the purchase and the service.

Ordered the pressure washer on the site on Monday and it turned up Wednesday, which was spot on. Checkout was painless and the tracking actually updated. Great, will use again.

Compared to the supermarket pressure washer this is a step up, the pump feels much more powerful and it doesn't cut out. Took a while to find the right model on the site though. Delivery was steady and everything turned up together.

Compared to the cheap one from the DIY shed this is miles better, the pressure is actually consistent and it doesn't stall. Bought it off the site after reading a few reviews. Price was a bit higher than the shed but worth it. The box was heavy and the instructions were clear enough to get it set up in ten minutes without ringing anyone.

My son suggested I get something to wash the algae off the conservatory roof, as I couldn't reach it safely with the ladder anymore. I hadn't bought anything online before so I was nervous. The order went through without any bother and the machine turned up within the week.

Honestly the machine itself is solid and cleans the decking really well. The only annoying bit is the quick connect nozzle, it sticks a bit when you try to swap it and I had to wiggle it. Delivery was fine, came in two days. Would probably buy again, just wish the nozzle was smoother.

The rotating brush attachment on the cleaner is the detail that sold me, it gets into the grout lines without any scrubbing. Works on tiles and the car mats too. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but the tracking kept me updated.

I needed something to get the moss off the patio before my daughter's wedding, as the old hose attachment was no longer doing the job. I placed the order through the website and found it straightforward to follow. The machine arrived well packed and works very nicely. I've been pleased with it so far and I'd happily order from them again.

Didn't know what to expect as this was my first order with them but it's a five from me. The website made it easy to find the right machine for my car. Everything arrived in one piece and the instructions were fine. Would order again.

The lightweight wand is the detail I liked most, my wrists aren't what they were and this one is easy to hold. I've been using their gear for years and it's always been well made. Ordering was simple and the parcel came when they said.

Bought the basic pressure washer because I wanted something cheap for the driveway. It does the job but you need a fair bit of hose to reach the far end. The delivery charge was a bit steep for what it was.

Bought the cordless vac for the car and the flat at the same time, mainly for the stairs and the boot. Battery lasts long enough to do the whole car in one go which I didn't expect. Checkout was quick, I had a question about the attachments and got a reply from their team the same afternoon. Arrived a day early, packaging was tidy and nothing was damaged. Really pleased with it.

I've been buying cleaning gear from them since the first little hand vac. The tools have always held up and parts are easy to get. Ordering is the same as always, quick and simple.

Honestly this beat the supermarket one I had before by miles. The pressure is way stronger and it doesn't cut out halfway through the job like the old one did. Got it to do the car and the bike shed and it's been brilliant. Ordering was dead easy too, took like five minutes on my phone.

Bought the cordless pressure washer with the hose reel from the site last month to do the back patio and the bins area. Arrived in two days, which was fine, and it's been used most weekends since. The reel winds in smooth and the trigger gun feels solid in the hand. Only small gripe is the plastic cover on the battery bit feels a bit cheap but it works fine so no complaints really.

I found the process of ordering considerably easier than visiting the hardware shop in town, which I had to do last time. The site showed clearly what each attachment was for, and I was able to make my choice without any fuss. The machine arrived well packed and works quite splendidly on my garden path. I'm pleased with the purchase and would be glad to order from them again.
