First order was a gift
My first order here was a birthday present for my sister, a set of candles she'd mentioned in passing. Ordering was simple and I got a confirmation straight away. They arrived wrapped nicely and she was thrilled. Will definitely use them again.

Not great tbh
Not great. The thing I got wasn't quite what the pictures showed, colour was a bit off and it felt cheaper than it looked. Sent it back and the return form was annoying, took ages to find where to print the label. Refund came through eventually but I'd probably look somewhere else next time.

Needed a gift card for my niece
I needed something quick for my niece's birthday and I'd looked at a few places before deciding here. The price was the same as the others and I liked that the delivery date showed at checkout. It came a day later than I was told, which was a bit annoying with a party coming up. Still, the item was lovely and the company sent an update when it was on its way.
Read morethe reminder emails are handy
The reminder emails when my order was dispatched were a nice touch, I didn't have to keep checking. I signed up on my phone in the queue at the bank and the whole thing took about two minutes. Only thing was the password reset email landed in spam and I had to dig for it. Otherwise pretty smooth for a quick top up.
stock info could be clearer
The first thing I noticed was that the stock levels shown on the page were out of date, and the item I wanted was listed as available when it had gone. I got a polite email within the hour explaining and offering an alternative, which was fair enough. The alternative was a little dearer than I'd hoped. Otherwise the order itself was straightforward.

Long-time customer, mostly happy
Honestly I've been ordering from here for years and it's still my first stop for household bits. This time the order came in two days and everything was in good nick. The only small thing is the checkout asks for the same details twice, which is a bit tedious. Otherwise I've no real complaints and I'll keep coming back.
Got the trainers
Got the trainers from here and they arrived in a few days. Fit is fine but they felt a bit stiff at first. Checkout was easy enough, pay with card no bother. Probably fine for everyday wear.
