Bought the little tote bag for my sister's birthday and it looked nicer in person than in the photos, the stitching is neat and the handles feel sturdy. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and I had a tracking link within a day. It came in a plain box with tissue paper, which was a nice touch. Sister loved it so I think that's a win, cheers.
Read moreI needed a replacement for an old one that had finally packed in before our trip to Cornwall. I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years and they've always been dependable. This time the delivery took longer than the date they gave me, about four extra days, and nobody told me until I chased it. It turned up in the end and works fine, but I'd have liked a heads up.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the compatibility list was laid out, which saved me a lot of fuss with my old set-up. I'd looked at a couple of other retailers first, but they didn't say which models the lead suited. It came packed neatly and arrived within a week, and it's been running without any trouble since. I'm not one for writing reviews but I thought it deserved a mention.
Read moreGot the little speaker for my flat and it sounds way better than I expected for the price. Ordered on my phone in about two minutes. Arrived quick, no dramas.

Yes, I'd go back to them. I looked at two other shops for a travel cot and this was the cheapest by the time delivery was added, so that decided it for me. It came quickly and is exactly as described.
Compared with the shop I normally use, this came out cheaper once postage was included, which surprised me. I'd not bought from them before so I was a bit cautious, but the order page was clear and the tracking worked. It turned up when they said it would.
Honestly it's the best value I could find after going round a few sites. The ordering part was simple, no faff with accounts and the payment went through first time. Support answered a quick question within the hour. Would happily order from them again next time I need something similar.
I ordered a cardigan for my granddaughter's birthday, the colour on the screen was exactly right. Having compared a few shops first, I found the prices here perfectly reasonable. It arrived well packed and within the week, which I was grateful for. I shan't hesitate to order from them again.
I bought the replacement filter for the water jug because the old one had worn out after months of use. I've been a customer for a long while now and they've never let me down. It arrived in good time and fits my jug exactly. Reordering is quick since they keep my details on file, so I'll be back for the next one.
I am pleased to say that the order was processed without any difficulty and the confirmation arrived promptly. The staff were courteous when I rang with a question about the sizing guidance, and they called back the same afternoon. Everything arrived well packed and in good order. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends who prefer to shop from home.

Tried a different site first and their checkout kept timing out, so I came here instead. Way smoother and the price was about the same. Got it in two days, no complaints.
You get a lot for the money here, which is why I went with them over the more expensive names I'd been looking at. The bundle includes everything I needed so I didn't have to buy extras. Delivery was prompt and the item was in perfect condition. For the price I can't see anywhere better right now, and the checkout was simple enough that I didn't have to ring anyone.
I needed a new one for work because my old one had stopped holding charge after two years of daily use. I know this area pretty well and I was looking for something with the right spec at a sensible price. The listing gave me everything I needed to check before buying. It arrived well packaged and the setup was straightforward, so I'm happy with the choice.
My old kettle gave up the ghost so I needed a replacement quickly. I've been buying small kitchen bits from them for years and this was no different. The order was straightforward and it arrived well wrapped. It works a treat so far.
Compared to the big chain I usually use, the site here is much quicker to get round and the prices aren't sneakily higher once you get to checkout. Ordered on a Sunday night and it was sorted by Tuesday. Pretty happy with it.
Checked a couple of other sites first and this one was quicker to load and quicker to order from. The product page had the info I wanted up front. Got it the next day.
Compared a few places for a new pair of trainers and the tracking was what got me, the site sends an email at every stage. Ordered on a Tuesday, they landed Thursday morning. Sizing was fine and the price was no higher than the others I checked.
