Bought the little tote bag for my sister's birthday and it looked nicer in person than in the photos, the stitching is neat and the handles feel sturdy. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and I had a tracking link within a day. It came in a plain box with tissue paper, which was a nice touch. Sister loved it so I think that's a win, cheers.
Read moreI needed a replacement for an old one that had finally packed in before our trip to Cornwall. I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years and they've always been dependable. This time the delivery took longer than the date they gave me, about four extra days, and nobody told me until I chased it. It turned up in the end and works fine, but I'd have liked a heads up.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the compatibility list was laid out, which saved me a lot of fuss with my old set-up. I'd looked at a couple of other retailers first, but they didn't say which models the lead suited. It came packed neatly and arrived within a week, and it's been running without any trouble since. I'm not one for writing reviews but I thought it deserved a mention.
Read moreThe bundle deal I picked up is the thing I'd point to first, it works out cheaper than buying the bits separately and I was happy with that. Ordering was easy and the confirmation came straight away. The only small niggle is that the delivery window was broader than I'd have liked, so I had to wait in for most of the afternoon. Otherwise the item is what I expected.
I needed a replacement hose for the garden and this was the only place I found with the right fittings in stock. Ordering took a bit longer than I'd have liked because the address form kept rejecting my postcode and I had to try a few times. Once it was through the item arrived within the week and does the job. A minor irritation, but the hose itself is good.
