Needed a replacement charger for the work laptop as mine had died and I had a client call the next morning. Found one on the site, ordered at lunchtime and it was in my hands by the next day. Matched the spec exactly and the cable is a decent length. Saved my week, honestly.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how many fit options there are for the jeans, including petite and tall, which the other shops I checked didn't have. Prices were a little higher than the outlet I usually use, and the delivery took four days when the site said two. Once they arrived the fit was great, so I'd order from here again.
Read moreThe fact that my orders still arrive exactly when they say they will after all these years is what keeps me coming back. I've been ordering from them since they were a much smaller operation and the tracking emails have always been spot on. Prices are a touch higher than the big supermarket sites but the returns are simple, I just print the label and drop it at the post office. Ordered my winter…
Read moreNeeded a new pair of trainers as my old ones had split at the side. Took about ten minutes to choose and pay on the app, and they arrived the next morning. They fit well and cost less than I expected. Simple as that.
Ordered a pair of running shoes here instead of the other place I'd been looking at. Got them two days earlier and the price was a few quid less. The box was fine and the shoes feel good on a run.
Honestly way better than the one I usually get from the high street shop. Arrived quick, the app let me track it the whole way and the stuff was exactly what I wanted, would order again x

Needed a birthday present for my sister and the shops were rubbish so I went online. Found a nice candle set and it came in two days, wrapped nicely too. Price was fine and the site was easy to use on my phone lol. Would get stuff from here again for sure.
The reviews section is what made me pick the rain jacket here, since I'd read through a lot of them and the sizing comments were spot on. Compared to two other sites I looked at, this one had more photos from real customers. Price was about the same as the rest and it arrived in three days.
Bought the 18V cordless drill kit after looking at three others. It came with two batteries and a proper case, which the cheaper ones didn't have. Charging is quick and it's handled plenty of decking screws so far. Happy with it.
I went for the bamboo chopping board set with the juice groove, which is the exact one I wanted. Boards are thick and feel sturdy, and the oil that came with them is a nice touch. Really happy with it so far.
Looked at two other sites for a gift and this one had the item in stock with next day delivery, which the others didn't. Checkout was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. Would order again.
Signing up and placing my first order took about five minutes, which surprised me. Everything I needed was easy to find and the basket kept my items saved when I went off to check a size. Delivery was quick and the whole thing felt straightforward.

I've been ordering from them since they were a much smaller operation and the tracking emails have always been spot on. Prices are a touch higher than the big supermarket sites but the returns are simple, I just print the label and drop it at the post office. Ordered my winter slippers from them again last month.
Compared with the two other sites I looked at, this one had a much clearer size chart and the filters actually worked. The delivery was a day quicker than the rest and the prices were about the same. Took the guesswork out of buying a new winter coat, which I appreciated.
Looked at three sites before picking this one for a new duvet. The range was wider and the tog ratings were laid out clearly, which the others didn't do. Delivery came quickly and the duvet is lovely and warm.
