Pretty happy with my first order, got a set of storage baskets for the wardrobe. Price was fair compared to what I'd seen elsewhere. They came a day later than the estimate but the update emails were clear. Would order again.

I compared their hallway runner with two from the big department store and found the quality here considerably better for the money. The weave is tight and it has held its colour through several washes. The checkout was simple and I was grateful the order confirmation arrived promptly. I'm very pleased with it.

Ordered a rattan storage box which looked much bigger in the photos than it turned out to be. Colour was a bit more yellow too. I've been waiting on a reply to my return query for almost a week. Price was fine but I'd expected more for what arrived.

Still the first place I look when I need something booked. I've used them for about six years now and they've never let me down, the app is simple and the confirmations come through straight away. The one time a session got moved last spring they sorted it within a day and didn't make a fuss about it. Prices have crept up a bit but not so you'd notice much. I'd happily keep using them.

Ordered the garden bench in the three seater size and it's been sat outside for about a month now. The wood is decent but needed a coat of oil straight away, which the instructions did mention. Assembly was a bit fiddly, two of the bolts needed a second go. Delivery was slower than I'd hoped, about nine days.

Compared a few sites for a set of bar stools and this was noticeably cheaper than the big homeware chains for the same style. Stools are solid enough, though the seat pads are a bit thinner than I'd like. Delivery was fine and the box was intact.

The tracking email came through the same day and the parcel turned up a day early, which was great. Ordered a pair of walnut bedside tables and they arrived in good nick, nothing chipped, and the box was sturdy. Quick reply from the support chat when I had a question about assembly too. Will use again for sure.

Honestly really happy with it. Got a little ceramic lamp base and it looks much nicer in person than online. Ordering was dead easy and it came quick. Just one thing, the shade I wanted was out of stock so I got a different one, but it's fine.

The mirror I got for the hall was the detail that mattered most, it's a good solid frame for the money. Delivery took about five days which was fine. Packaging was decent and nothing was chipped when it arrived, so I'd order from them again.

My old bedside lamp had developed a flicker that was becoming tiresome, so I decided it was time for a replacement. The ordering process was straightforward and I appreciated the clear product details. The lamp arrived promptly and everything was in order. It's a pleasing addition to the bedroom and I'm glad I chose it.

I looked at a couple of other sites for a garden planter before ordering here. This one came in cheaper than the rest and the metal frame feels sturdy. The ordering was quick. It arrived well wrapped.

Ordered a runner rug for the hallway as my first purchase here. It arrived well packed and the colour is the same as the photos. Took a few days to get here but the price was fair for the size.

We needed a new hall mirror after the old one cracked during a move, so I went looking for something sturdy and not too dear. The order process was clear and the delivery arrived when they said it would. The mirror is good quality and the frame sits flush against the wall. One small gripe is that the hanging hardware came loose slightly, but tightening it fixed things.

My living room rug was far too small for the new sofa, so I went looking for a bigger one that wouldn't cost a fortune. Found a grey rug here in the right size and ordered it on a Sunday night. It arrived mid-week in a rolled box with no damage. The colour is slightly warmer than the photos but I actually like it more.

My old kitchen chair had finally given up after years of working from home. I looked at three other chairs before settling on one from here. It arrived boxed and took me half an hour to put together. Sitting in it all day has made a real difference to my back.

Ordered the bedside lamp on my phone during my lunch break and it came through quick, just a couple of days. Looks nice on the bedside table and the light is soft enough for reading. Checkout was easy and I didn't have to make an account.

Ordered the oak wall shelf in the 90cm length and it's exactly what I wanted, the grain on the wood is lovely and the brackets are solid. Fitting it took about twenty minutes with the screws they supply, which were the right size. Only niggle is the finish is a bit thinner at the ends than the photo suggests, but it's still good value for solid oak and I'd happily order from them again.

What struck me most was that the cushion covers I first bought here years ago still look like new after many washes. I've come back for a few things since, including a new set of napkins for my sister's birthday lunch. The sizing has always been accurate to the listing. Delivery has been reliable every time and the packaging has improved too. I'd happily keep buying from them.

I compared their bath mat with the one I usually buy from the supermarket, and this is a much thicker and softer mat. Dries quickly and has held up well through the wash. The site was easy to navigate and the order confirmation came straight away. A thoughtful buy for the bathroom.
