I've been buying from this lot for years and I still prefer them to the big supermarket websites for household bits. Compared to the other place I used to order from, the packaging is far less wasteful and the items are rarely damaged. Delivery's been reliable every time, even over Christmas.

Decent enough site for a few bits but delivery took about a week longer than the date they gave me. Had to chase it through the app to find out where it was. Would maybe order again if I wasn't in a rush.

Got a phone case from here for my new phone. The bit on the side that clicks in was exactly where it should be. Arrived quick and the case feels nice.

Got a set of bathroom towels here because the price was lower than anywhere else I checked. They're thick and wash well so far. Delivery was a touch slow, about four working days, but nothing went wrong. Happy enough.

The free returns label printed straight from the account page, which I didn't expect. I'd looked at a couple of other sites first and they wanted payment for returns. Ordered a pair of trainers in the wrong size, sent them back and the refund went through within a week. Very smooth.

Compared with the supplier I used before, this site is noticeably easier to navigate, and I did rather appreciate that. I ordered a cardigan for my sister and the wool is lovely and soft. The delivery took a little longer than I'd have liked, and I did wonder whether it had gone astray, but it turned up in the end with a handwritten card from the packers. I'd happily shop here again.

I needed a replacement pop-up waste for a bathroom basin because the old one had cracked at the seal. I know my way round plumbing parts so I checked the fitting size before ordering. The listing gave the correct thread diameter and the part fitted first time. The only thing was the packaging was a bit flimsy and one corner was crushed. Part itself was fine.

The price was the first thing I noticed, I'd checked three other sites and this was well under the rest for the same towels. Ordering was dead simple and they arrived a day early in a proper thick bag. Really happy with them, will be back.

I have found this to be a sound place to shop and I would say so to anyone asking. The gardening gloves I bought were well made and arrived quite promptly. The checkout was simple enough, though I did have to ring them once about a discount code that would not take, and they dealt with it courteously. I'm content with the purchase.

Ordered a floor pump for my bike and it's already better than my old one, with a proper gauge that actually reads right. I know pumps quite well from years of cycling so I was checking the valve head carefully and it's a good fit for both types. Arrived in good time and the price was sensible for what you get. Nothing to complain about.

Ordered a fleece dressing gown for my mum's birthday and it turned up in two days, which I wasn't expecting. The material is soft and it feels decent for the money. The only thing is the sleeves came out a bit longer than the photo suggested, so she'll need to fold them up for now. Easy to check out though and the tracking emails were clear.

Our old kettle died on a Sunday so I needed a replacement by the next day. I ordered one from here and it arrived on the Monday, which saved us a trip to the shops. Boils quickly and the price was well under what the high street wanted. Good stuff.

The price difference between this site and the others I looked at was what got my attention first. I compared three places for a new kettle and a toaster before buying, and this was clearly cheapest. Compared to the other site I'd been using, this one's returns process is much more of a faff. I bought a set of storage boxes that were smaller than the other place's equivalent, and the return label took two emails to arrive. The boxes themselves are fine, just not quite what I wanted.
