I looked at a few places before settling on a winter coat, and this one had the best size guide. I went for the navy one and the length and fit were just right. It arrived in a nice bag and the quality feels solid for the money I paid. Nice to order from a place that gives you the measurements.
Read moreMy old charger packed up the night before a trip, so I needed a replacement quick. I found one on their site and ordered it, but it said next day and then it took four days to show up. Customer support replied to my email after two days with a generic line. The charger works fine now, but the wait was annoying when I had no other option.
Read moreCompared with the big chain I usually use, this was a step up. The item was the same make and the price was a few quid less, which is what got me to try them. It took one day longer to arrive than the chain normally does, but the packaging was tidy and nothing was damaged. I'd use them again, though I might still check the other place first if I'm in a rush.

I needed something decent for my dad's birthday and didn't want to end up with another tie. I looked at three other places first, but this one had the bit I wanted with a clear description and good photos. Ordered on Monday, it arrived Thursday and he was chuffed with it.
Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. The site is easy to get round, I always know when my order is coming and the customer service team actually picks up the phone when I need them. I've bought gifts, household bits and the odd treat for myself and it's all been spot on every time.
What got me was how fast the order went through, the whole thing took about two minutes on my phone. The box turned up the next morning with everything in it. Quick and simple.
Compared to the other sites I use for homeware, this one stands out for range and for how easy it is to browse. The wider choice of rugs and cushions gave me exactly what I was after, and I've been buying from them for years. Everything has arrived in good order and the site keeps me updated, so I don't have to chase anyone.
They're the best place I've found for craft supplies, and I've tried most of the online shops. The range is wide, the descriptions tell you what you actually need to know, and my order of paints and card came well packed. The prices are fair for what you get, and I've had no issues with anything arriving broken or late.
Yes, they are good value, and that's why I keep coming back. I bought a set of storage boxes and a replacement kettle lid, and both were cheaper than the high street. Delivery was free over a set amount and I got my order in two days.
I've bought the grandkids their birthday presents from them for years now, usually a set of books or a board game. This year I picked up a wooden puzzle for the youngest and it arrived in a nice box with a card already included. Packaging was careful, and the site remembered my details so the order was quick.
Ordered a phone case on a Sunday night and it turned up Tuesday morning, which is quicker than I expected. Fits my phone exactly and the case feels sturdy enough. Checkout was dead easy too, didn't need to make an account or anything. Would order again.
Before this I'd been looking at the big high street site for a hoodie, and this one was about a third less for the same thing. Signing up took me about a minute. The hoodie arrived a few days later and it's a decent weight, so I'm pleased.
Bought a reading lamp for the bedroom and it's exactly what I wanted, good strong light without being glaring. Price was fair for what you get. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said but it came well packed.
