I looked at a few places before settling on a winter coat, and this one had the best size guide. I went for the navy one and the length and fit were just right. It arrived in a nice bag and the quality feels solid for the money I paid. Nice to order from a place that gives you the measurements.
Read moreMy old charger packed up the night before a trip, so I needed a replacement quick. I found one on their site and ordered it, but it said next day and then it took four days to show up. Customer support replied to my email after two days with a generic line. The charger works fine now, but the wait was annoying when I had no other option.
Read moreCompared with the big chain I usually use, this was a step up. The item was the same make and the price was a few quid less, which is what got me to try them. It took one day longer to arrive than the chain normally does, but the packaging was tidy and nothing was damaged. I'd use them again, though I might still check the other place first if I'm in a rush.
Read moreCompared with my usual kitchen shop, this place has a much better range of storage containers and the prices are a little lower. The only thing I'd flag is that the lids on a couple of the containers were a bit stiff to get on, so I'd check the spec before buying. Otherwise they arrived in good shape and the delivery was on time.
I needed a cheap pair of trainers for the gym and didn't want to spend much. They were on offer and the site made it easy to find my size. The shoes are fine but the returns form was a faff when I wanted to swap one size, so I just kept them. Took a few extra days to come through too.
Bike lock arrived in a box, lock itself is heavier than I thought which is good. Only niggle is the instructions for the mounting bracket are a bit vague, took me a bit of fiddling to get it sorted. Delivery was next day. Would buy again.
Good value for the everyday stuff, I order printer ink and cables from them every couple of months. The prices beat the big names on most lines. Delivery is usually quick, though one order got left with a neighbour without any notice, which was a bit annoying.
