Needed some boxes for my mum's move so I went with these because they were the quickest to get here. Ordered Friday, they came Monday. Good enough for what I needed and the price was fine.
Read moreCompared these with the other supplier I usually use and this was clearly worse for the price. The boxes are thinner and one corner was already crushed when it arrived. The bulk price looked good but the quality didn't back it up for me.
Read moreI'm writing to say how pleased I was with the way my order was handled. The first thing that stood out was that I'd ordered a roll of parcel tape by mistake and within a day someone had replied to my message and arranged a swap, which I didn't expect at all. The new tape arrived the following Tuesday, well packed and exactly as described. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.
Read moreOrdered the cube organisers for my wardrobe. Arrived in a day and look good. Only thing is one of the lids was a bit wonky so I had to push it back on. Quick to order though, so yeah, fine.
Compared them with two of the big supermarket options before I picked this, and the box sizes here were more sensible for what I was sending. The price was a fair bit lower than the supermarket one for the same quantity. Delivery took a day longer than they quoted, which is the only gripe. Otherwise a good buy.
The specific thing I bought was a pack of tissue paper for wrapping gifts, and it's good quality and didn't tear. The order arrived quickly and the sheets were well packed. The only annoyance is that when I wanted to return a half used pack I had to fill in a long form and print a label, which took longer than I'd like.
The detail I'd point to is the address labels, which are printed clearly and peel off without leaving a mess. I've used them for a few years now and the ordering is straightforward. Delivery has always been on time for me.
I compared a few options for compostable mailer bags and this one came out a little cheaper than the big online suppliers. The bags feel the same quality. My only niggle is the order took a bit longer to confirm than I expected, but the delivery itself was fine.
I run a bit of a side business selling candles and needed mailing tubes in bulk without spending a fortune. The per-unit price at the higher quantity break is the reason I went with them. Delivery was on time and the tubes were undamaged, and the order page showed the bulk pricing clearly. Cost per order works out well for me now.
I needed sturdy mailing boxes for a small online shop I run from the spare room, and I've been buying shipping supplies for years. These are a solid corrugated grade, the flaps lock properly and they hold up to being stacked. Sizes listed on the site were accurate. Nothing to complain about.
