Needed some boxes for my mum's move so I went with these because they were the quickest to get here. Ordered Friday, they came Monday. Good enough for what I needed and the price was fine.

The first thing that stood out was that I'd ordered a roll of parcel tape by mistake and within a day someone had replied to my message and arranged a swap, which I didn't expect at all. The new tape arrived the following Tuesday, well packed and exactly as described. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.

I've bought a lot of packaging online so I knew roughly what to expect. The quality is fine, the mailers are a good thickness and the tape strip works. Honestly though the price is higher than what I usually pay elsewhere for the same size, and the minimum order is more than I wanted. Would probably still shop around next time.

My only real gripe is delivery, my parcel took four working days when the site said two, and when I emailed about it the reply took nearly three days. Would probably check the price elsewhere first next time.
