I have been buying furniture for many years and I can say this is a very fine wing chair. The seat is well padded and the upholstery is firm. The staff were courteous when I rang with a question, and they were quick to help. Shall certainly order from them again.

Bought a walnut bedside table a couple of years back and it's still going strong, no wobble and the drawer runs fine. I've been a customer since they first started and I've ordered a dining chair and a sideboard since. The checkout has got quicker over time and the emails about delivery are clear. Nothing has gone wrong yet, which is more than I can say for the chains.

Needed a desk for working from home and my old one had died on me the week before. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it turned up in three days, which was quicker than I expected. Build was a bit fiddly with the screws but the instructions had pictures, so got there in the end.

This was the best of the bunch I looked at for a bedside cabinet, and I went through quite a few. Finish is smooth and the drawer slides nicely. The price was reasonable for what you get, and it arrived well padded. Happy with it.

Had been with another sofa company for years and switched to these for my last order. Their sofa is a bit cheaper and the fabric feels better, though I miss the old place's easy returns. Returning this one took a few emails back and forth before they sorted the collection. Still, the sofa itself is comfortable and holds up.

The grain on the oak shelves is lovely and the finish is smooth with no gloopy patches, which is what I look for after years of restoring old pieces. Delivery came well packed and the joints were tight. I've ordered from them twice now and both times the wood was what they said it was.

Needed a tv unit because the old one couldn't take the new telly. Ordered on a Sunday night and it arrived Thursday which was miles better than I thought. Built it with my brother in about an hour, looks sick in the lounge now.

Bought the walnut bedside table in the small size for the spare room and it's lovely. Grain is nicer than in the pictures and the drawer runs smoothly. The only niggle was the drawer front sitting a few millimetres proud of the frame, which I've put up with because it's not very noticeable.

Bought the sliding wardrobe about two years back and it's still running smooth with no rattle on the track. Customer care was good when one of the doors needed realigning, they sent someone out quickly. Hardware is decent and the finish has held up well against daily use. Been a loyal buyer since.

Got the velvet cushions for my bedroom and the colour is way richer than on my phone screen, so that was a nice surprise. Zip on one of them is a bit stiff but it does the job. Shipped quick and the packaging was really well done so nothing got squashed. Love them tbh.

I compared it with a local shop before buying and the local one was cheaper for an almost identical wardrobe. This one came with better hinges though, which I'll give them. Delivery took nearly three weeks and nobody told me about the delay until I rang. It's fine but I'd have liked to be kept in the loop.

Bought the oak floating shelf unit and I've been woodworking for years so I was picky. The dowel joints are tidier than I expected and the oil finish is even. Only thing I'd flag is the fixings in the box are a touch short for a plasterboard wall, so buy your own.

We needed a proper dining set for the new house as our old one was far too small for the family. Ordered the table and four chairs and they all came in good condition, with the table top sitting flat and the chairs matching exactly. Took a couple of hours to put together with the instructions but it's solid and the kids are already fighting over seats.

Compared it to the big chain shops and this is way better quality for about the same money. Chair from them wobbled after a month, this one's still rock solid after six months of my flatmates using it. Easy to order and I got a text when it shipped.

I'd looked at three other sofa sites first and this was the only one that sent proper fabric swatches for free. The colour in real daylight matched the swatch almost perfectly, which none of the others managed. Sofa itself is comfy and the cushions haven't gone flat yet. Happy with it.

Compared with the rival site and this one costs a bit more for the same stool. Still bought it because I'm a regular and like the quality. Stool arrived quickly and sturdy.

Bought a bookcase and it's dearer than the same thing at the big DIY shops, and the shelves are thinner than I'd have liked for the price. Checked the reviews before buying and nobody warned me about the sag under books. Put up with it but I wouldn't pay this much again for flatpack.

Honestly the best place I've found for solid oak furniture online and I've bought from a fair few places now. The dining table arrived with the joints tight and the finish exactly as the photos showed, and the customer team answered my questions about wood movement the same day without making me feel silly for asking. Would order from them again without a second thought.

Got the grey corner sofa and it's comfy, sits well, big enough for me and my mates. Only annoyance is the delivery window was a whole day and I had to wait in. Otherwise sound.

We needed a cot before the baby arrived and wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune. Got a good one for the price and it went together in an afternoon with my husband. Mattress size was right and the wood is smooth with no splinters, which was my main worry.
