Needed a backpack for the train commute and didn't want to pay a fortune. This one is a fair price and fits my laptop with room to spare. The zips feel a bit cheap but they work fine. Delivery was prompt. Good enough.

Compared it with a cheaper brand I'd tried before and this one is a step up for not much more money. The stitching on the shirt is much neater and it has held its shape after several washes. Ordered on a Tuesday and it came Thursday, which was perfect. Good stuff.

The size chart on the site is the first thing I checked and it's spot on, which is rare. I'm a UK 12 with a bit of a bust and the 12 fitted through the bust without gaping at the back. Fabric has a bit of stretch, so I'd say go by the chart rather than your usual size.
