Compared with the bus fare each week, the saving on this scooter paid off within a few months. I found the controls easy to learn and the ride is steady enough for my short trips. Placing the order was simple and I was pleased with how I was looked after throughout.
Read moreWe needed something to get our teenage son to the station without him cycling in the rain every morning, so I spent a fair while comparing electric scooters. The one I went with arrived on time but the battery indicator was off from day one and the range is nowhere near what the listing promised. Customer service took four days to reply and then just pointed me at the manual.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from them and I was a bit nervous about paying for something this size online. The checkout was simple and they sent a confirmation straight away with a tracking link. Scooter arrived in a good state and the instructions were clear enough to get it folded and charged without needing to look anything up.
Read moreBought the folding e scooter to get across campus quicker. It does the job, lights work, folds up small enough for my room. Packaging was a bit battered when it turned up but nothing was broken, so I'm not fussed.
Honestly really happy with this one. Got it for my commute and it's been fine for a few months now. Only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than they said but it arrived in one piece.
Verdict: still a good buy after a couple of years of daily use. I've ordered a replacement tyre once and that went smoothly. Only thing is the price has crept up since I first bought it.
My husband had been nagging me to try an e scooter for the short hop to the shops, and I finally agreed. The model I chose is light enough for me to lift into the car boot. Delivery was slightly slower than advertised, though the team kept me informed by email throughout.
Got the commuter model for getting to the gym and the shops, and it's been solid so far. The deck is a bit wider than I expected which is a plus. Ordering was fine but delivery took longer than they said, so I'd knock a point off for that.
Got a new job across town and the bus would have been an hour each way, so an e scooter seemed like the sensible move. It's quick and fun to ride. The only niggle is the delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in for most of a day, which was annoying, but the scooter itself is good.
